The whole hotel looked clean and well organized.
I think there was no body wash and no shampoo provided, only the soap bar.
For this price of stay, I was expecting more....
I was hoping for shuttle to the airport, but hotel doesn't provide that service.

The Coffee in containers in the lobby were old and cold. Hotel just added a 6.00 parking fee since our last stay 5 months ago.

The breakfast was good and the location
Carpet was stained and the tv connection was terrible - reception went out very 20 minutes! The pillows are uncomfortable and the bedding was not great -

there was hair on some items in the room like the bed cover, a towel other then that that was it

Breakfast was good, staff friendly and room was clean.
We had no mini fridge in the room which we had expected and the indoor pool was closed. Our bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the black out shade was broken so room was bright at night and hard to sleep. They did offer a discount on the rooms ( we booked 2) due to no mini fridge but we only got one room discounted. Still waiting to see if they discount the second room as promised.
