The location was convenient, amongst all the restaurants and bars. The room was cleaned every day, with towels replaced. The room was a good size with plenty of space to move around. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The staff were available everyday for a few hours in the morning. They helped with booking sun lounges at particular beaches.

There was not much I didn’t like. Yes from the room you could hear people enjoying themselves late into the night but San Teodoro is a great lively town with night markets and bars open til late. Parking in the area was a challenge at this time of the year (school holidays). We were able to find free parking along the same road of the property close by, but we had to return a bit early from the beach to do so.

Schön und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber, perfekte Lage. Auch sehr schön die kleine Terrasse, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. Lage direkt neben dem Zentrum von San Teodoro, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr netter Gastgeber, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.

Zubehör für Kaffeezubereitung wäre noch toll gewesen, das hat uns ein bisschen gefehlt.

Una bellissima struttura nel cuore di San Teodoro, con un parcheggio privato, camera accogliete e pulita, professionalità e disponibilità di Alberto al momento del check in, la camera era disponibile già la mattina! Attenzione nei nostri confronti anche per sapere se i cuscini andavano bene e se necessitavano di qualcosa in camera! Abbiamo ricevuto una coccola che ci ha fatto molto piacere sia all’arrivo con dei dolcetti sardi e il giorno dopo una bottiglia di vino e uno snack per l’aperitivo!

Room was very spacious, bathroom was huge. Everything was spotless. Lovely little balcony area, fruit & biscuits left out for us in the room. Location was amazing, right in the centre of town but very quiet.

The only feedback I have is towels are only changed every 3 days. Every 2 days would have been better i think. The sofa bed was not comfortable, but I'm not sure they ever are anywhere you go!

Not issue related to the hotel but parking is a nightmare in the town.
