The apartment is well equipped with every thing you need. It is centrally located, so it is close to shops, restaurants and bars, nothing is more then a few minutes walk.

The only issue we had is the outdoor lighting, the entry is off a lane at the back of the building and you have to climb a flight of stairs, the only lighting at night is a set of motion sensor lights on every second or third step that turn on and off as you go up and down the stairs. The place really needs a floodlight that lights up the stairs and car park area. We had stayed before so we knew to take a torch to use on the stairs.

Location was excellent - right in the middle of town. Easy to find after being given clear directions by the host via text message. Access is from a laneway at the rear. There is signage at the end of the laneway to let you know where to turn. From the moment I walked in I fell in love with the place. High ceilings, exposed brick, large bedroom, pristine bathroom, large living space and very well equipped Kitchen. There was nothing more I could have wanted. Heating had been switched on prior to my arrival so the place was toasty when I walked in. If my apartment in Melbourne was as nice as this place, I would be rapt. As I have family in Wangaratta, this is the place i will stay each time I visit from now on.

Very poor communication with host, had no idea where to go for acommadation as street address is different to where unit actually is. Rang and only received text message advising where key was. Have asked on more than one occasion for a receipt/tax invoice as I was travelling for work.. No reply..... Poor lighting on steps up to appartment when dark. Although appartment was nice I would hesitate to stay here again because of the lack of interest from host.

Loved the exposed brick, beautifully decorated and was disappointed I could stay longer.

Location was in the main street, so close to everything. In saying that it was very quiet with parking at the back of the building. No noise from the street. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to the property where there is a great balcony/entertainment area, with tables, chairs, couches. Very nice for entertaining or just having dinner outside. The unit is very spacious, gorgeous timber floors. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed and great pillows. Bathroom was to die for, very large walk-in shower, great water pressure. Lots of room, there was also a cupboard that when opened was the laundry - washing machine and trough etc. Great full kitchen with all appliances and a massive island bench to sit at. There was also a kitchen table and 6 chairs to sit at as well. It had a magnificent old roll top desk in the corner - very nice 2 couches to be able to sit and watch TV or chat.
