À distance de marche du golfe du Mexique, cet appartement au deuxième étage est à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Tarpon Springs et des célèbres quais Sponge. The property was exactly as described, only better! The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. The condo was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was huge and had everything you would have at home!. There was a short walk to Sunset Beach to see the sunset and beach. Short drive to Fred Howard Park. Very nice park and beach. The restaurants we ate at were very good! Mike & Jill were available for any questions. We enjoyed visiting with them. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved this apartment rental! We were surprised how spacious it was. Open living/kitchen space, 2 decks. Great bedrooms and closet space. The owners thought of everything we might need and provided it! Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Definitely a top notch rental!

The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. They gave us mangoes daily from their tree and they even mailed us a charger we accidentally left behind. Great communication. The house was clean, organized, well-explained. Location is perfect. The pull-out sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for two people, but that's to be expected. It is upstairs above a garage so people with mobility issues should be aware of the stairs. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and well stocked
I have never seen a VRBO so clean and as well stocked as this one. Mike and Jill did a great job with this rental. They even have a big binder full of helpful information. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay
We stayed for 2 days prior to our cruise out of Tampa and the property was very beautiful. The pictures of this property does not do justice. Our kids enjoyed having the games for them. If we stay in the area again we will be returning to this property.

Hidden Gem!
Mike and Jill have a beautiful property. Very clean and they were great with communication. The apartment has everything that you could need for a beach house vacation. Literally! The neighbors are friendly. There’s a private chill beach about 5 mins walking. All together this was a great trip. We will be back before the summer is over!

This property surpassed our expectations in every way. It is a beautiful home away from home, in an excellent location. Walk to the beach, short drive to the stores and restaurants. There were two decks and a very well supplied kitchen. Mike and Jill are very friendly and eager to ensure that you have what you need to truly enjoy your stay in Tarpon Springs! Highly recommend!

Spring Break 2022!
Mike and Jill's apartment is a great home away from home! You feel so welcome from the moment you walk in their place. They put a lot of love and care into your stay and leave nothing out! Very clean, nicely decorated, roomy, kid friendly and the neighborhood is great too. We walked down to Sunset Beach and the kids saw their first sunset over the ocean, and didn't feel unsafe at all! This was the first trip that I didn't feel the need to clean and Clorox wipe everything down before we settled in. We really felt at home. Their apartment has too many good features to name all of them. They really go above and beyond to make your stay awesome! They are the sweetest folks and you can not go wrong staying here. Even had decor set out for Easter with the cutest little bunnies.... Hope to be back to see you again.

Perfect family friendly beach condo
We absolutely loved Mike & Jill's. It is geared towards family's with children and is the perfect location for beach goers. Jill has the place fully stocked and everything labeled for easy use and access. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great apartment for a short or long term stay
The apartment is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location is great— near Sunset Beach, the Sponge Docks and the Pinellas Trail. Jill and Mike were very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Everything and more...
We travel to this area frequently, and have seen the good, the bad, and the "heck no!". Mike and Jill keep their unit amazingly clean, organized and decorated. The neighborhood is beautiful, the location is convenient. Mike made checking in easier than a hotel, and everything you could possibly need was provided, down to coffee! We will absolutely be staying here again! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

Winter Escape
We had a short but wonderful stay at Mike and Jill's place. We were in the area to celebrate a friend's 80th birthday. (We left home with 18 inches of snow on the ground!) My son who lives in Fort Myers also joined us. Everything was well oraganized and instructions/suggestions explained in a nice book they had put together. Overall a very memorable stay.

Great Location
We stayed at this home as a staycation with family over Thanksgiving weekend. The Location was great. Walking distance to Sunset Beach. Amazing place to watch sunsets. We brought our golf cart and we could ride to downtown Tarpon and to the sponge docks Without having to go on a main road. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighborly. The owners were super responsive to our questions. The beds were very comfortable the two bathrooms were a really nice size. The bedrooms had enough separation or a comfortable stay. there’s everything you need in the kitchen and more. I’ve never stayed at a rental that had so much as far as coffee, sugars, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. We did not need to buy a thing other than our food. Love the balconies on the front and back of the home.We will definitely stay here again. Definitely five stars.

Tarpon Getaway
Mike and Jill’s home was fabulous! The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset sitting on the colorful porch rocking chairs! The kitchen had everything we could ever need to prepare our meals. The bed was very comfortable and having multiple bathrooms made life pleasant.

This condo was a surprise we did not expected. It is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with all you would need. Tarpon Springs sponge facilities are a short drive and the beach is in walking distance.

Small town feel but close to everything.
Great time in this apartment much larger than it looks in pics. Was close 2 beaches that looked great we just had bad weather so couldn't really use the beaches. Close to the sponge docks. Short drive to Tampa/Clearwater region. The hosts were great and very personable always there to help when needed. Like when we got locked out and Mike came right over to help and introduce himself. He gave us great ideas of places to eat,, Greek chow mein is a must try.. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The property was clean, very spacious, plenty of activities for our teens, including board games and PS3. There were plenty of dishes and cookware for dining in. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. We would love to stay again! It was cozy!

A beautiful home away from home
Mike and Jill are the ultimate hosts. The apartment has everything you and your kids could want or need. We experienced a handful of thunderstorms while we were there but because of the amenities provided by Mike and Jill, we were never bored. The apartment is conveniently located and close to just about anything you’d want to do in Tarpon Springs. I would most definitely stay here again.

This location is SUPERIOR. The property owners are very thoughtful. Close to fun things and a little “locals” beach at the end of the street that was certainly created for sunsets.
