White Corries was a very comfortable house for our family group and an excellent base for our week in the highlands. The location was an easy walk (abut 20 minutes) from town, cafes and restaurants.

Plenty of "equipment" in the kitchen and generally spacious with nice outdoor space.
There were signs of mould in the en suite bathroom...although the accommodation was generally clean.

The property had everything we needed and more! Plenty space for a family of 6 and loved that we could take our dogs. The outdoor space was fab for them too. It is in a great location and the hosts were very helpful in providing lots of information on the area and the property, how to walk into town, leaflets on activities in the area etc. There were lots of extras in the house too, games and books, dishwasher tablets, soap and my daughters loved that there is complimentary Netflix and wifi.
I had read previous reviews which had stated the shower water pressure was poor but to be honest we didn’t find it that bad at all.
Overall we had a lovely stay and hope to return.
The front door was a bit stiff. It did get repaired on our first day but still needed a good shove to get it open.
Bath in the main bathroom could do with re grouting.
Nothing major at all.

Excellent place to stay for big family
Only draw point was Hot water. House should have better boiler system. We were family of 8 people but only 4 could take showers. Hot water finished and it takes ages to hot again.

Showers are a joke just a very small amount of water they need to fit a shower pump to help the pressure. The front door handle is broken and comes off in your hand so not very secure. Some light bulbs out. No toilet roll for arrival. The check in timd is poor they say this is for covid cleaning but the house could be cleaner as someones socks and dressing gown left behind.

The house was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.
Great quiet location but still close enough to the centre of Aviemore.

There is a comment from the host that the TV cannot get ITV however you can get it on sky channel 803.
We had a lovely stay and would recommend this house.
The showers are not great. No power from them at all.
Walls could do with a fresh coat of paint.

We liked layout of house and all the extras ie wash liquid toilet rolls dish wash tablets even soap powder. Hairdryer and lots of clean towels.spacious.Home from home and we had a lovely time its so quiet and peaceful only 15 min lovely walk to town

Although it was June, the weather was typically Scottish and cold, the house heated up nicely. The kitchen was a great size and well equipped. Great to be able to bring our dog with us.
When we arrived the bedrooms were not ready for us, however a phone call to Mark and the Property Services company meant this was very quickly resolved

Good washing machine, dryer and dish washer.
TV with built in Netflix and Amazon prime
The main double beds were very low making it difficult to get in and out of.
Grout in main bathroom shower in need of a good clean. Sink in the downstairs toilet wouldn’t empty
Frying pans have seen better days.
Even better if the TV was larger as the couch is quite a way from it.

location very quiet and secure private garden. lots of loos a positive feature.
steps up to raised lawn need attention - one of our party fell coming down them. rubbish bins had not been emptied from previous tenants and were full to the brim when we left.
noisy extractor fans rattle when windy outside (we were there for storms Malik and Corrie)
tv took a while to figure out - especially as the handset had fallen down behind the sofa!

Lovely modern house, sleeps 8 happily but two room are bunk beds so best suited to kids. 15 min walk in to Aviemore centre and close to Speyside Way. Dog friendly wit( secure garden.
Heating was a bit erratic, electric radiators as no mains gas in area. Was warm though after we figured it all out! Also, no coffee pot which we rectified with a purchase! An extra chair in the living room would be good as sofas struggle to seat 8!
