Friendly hosts,Great location, swimming pool, gym

1) we were pleased with the many pillows and the bottled mineral water provided. 2) host is very responsive at all times 3) loved the swimming pool and it was helpful that unit had a place to dry clothes complete with clothes peg 4) appreciate that there is a refuse room conveniently located at the end of the hallway of the unit 5) checking in and out process is very smooth and well guided and thankful for the fuss-free allocated carpark lot 6) aircons were working great , we had a great sleep after each tiring day 7) house is clean and we didn't come across any pests only ants which is pretty normal In summary.. this is our family's second time staying at our apartment since we 2020 too.. overall we the unit and can see that it is very well maintained despite not coming for abt 2 years. We do hope to visit again in future..

My family like the homestay. Thank you for preparing extra bed for extra people. The view is beautiful. We are excited when seeing the homestay for the first time.

One of plug in the kitchen are not function. Heater in master room cannot be use. But overall everything is great.

Superb location, all 4 ac are strong and cold. Cleaniness of the unit is very good. The bed are very good and clean. The toilets come with shampoo and body wash! The view is astonishingly good since it is a high floor unit. Boardgames are provided for leisure if u dont feel like leaving the unit. Facilities in the location are great and also clean. Owners are very friendly and responsive. Definite choice for a return stay.

Hosts were very prompt and responsive, they contacted us in advance of the stay to confirm arrival time and ensured our smooth check in. Throughout the stay they remained contactable and patiently answered our questions. Property was spacious, clean, well maintained and there were some thoughtful touches. Upon check out, we accidentally left some belongings behind - which the hosts promptly notified us and made arrangements to return the items back to us. We were touched by their kindness and will definitely stay with them again. Highly recommend this stay!

The owner a so friendly..guard also very helpful & friendly.. The place is cozy & they also prepare the board game.. Kids love it. The pool also big & we all have so much fun there.. Nearest with mall too.. Just walk by.. Maybe next time can put the broom also so it easy for us to clean up the place instead using vacuum at night hehe..overall best place! Thank uuu so much.. Very recommended 👍🏻👍🏻❤️

Everything was great. Booking and communication with owner were smooth. Someone met us at the lobby to gave us the keys and explain about parking and other facilities. The house was clean and complete with various amenities. Everything we need was there. Iron, ironing board, towels, hangers, washer, hair dryer, plates, and more. The pool was really nice. The guards and cleaning ladies were friendly. We felt welcomed. Both Jimmy and Sharon were really attentive and accommodating with my requests. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was convenient as it was right next to Paradigm Mall. Clean, well appointed. Towels, hairdryer provided. Appreciated the bottled water and snacks. Board games was a nice touch.

WiFi connectivity was quite patchy but we were out most of the time.
