We loved the pool table
There was NO hot water in our room. We were told they were at capacity so couldn't be moved. We asked night shift at least twice and was told she could only reset the equipment and maintenance man would be called but morning shift said we could of been moved that they were NOT at capacity. This is the only thing we truly had a problem with. My husband had worked this location for LSU and couldn't clean up until the morning (thankfully for a more honest morning crew) because of the above. Probably won't stay here again because of it.

It was convenient to the highway, and the breakfast was good. The environment of the hotel was clean and welcoming.
The beds were super hard, unable to sleep comfortably. The bed felt like it was a cot. Then there was a super thin sheet as a comforter on top. The room was very small for two adults and a toddler. There was a mini desk under the stand where tv was and the chair was hard to maneuver and sit down comfortably. When my son had an accident on the bedspread, I attempted to speak to the housekeeper to change the sheets, but she could not understand English. I had to use Google Translate and ended up changing the sheets myself.

The property was clean and well kept. There was no bad odors. The room was clean and the bed was cozy and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. I will be booking again.
The only thing I didn’t like was that there was microwave in the room and I had to go to the lobby to use the microwave. But that’s no deal breaker for me.

The location, friendly staff, the property in general is good, looks that it was remodeled not too long ago.
The sound of the traffic. The room that we got was on the third floor and during the night the sound of traffic was loud.

They have a new text system and that was nice.
We stayed on the 1st floor with my service dog. Normally, that's no issue, but there were other guests that seemed to be trying to party or something.

Desk clerk was completely clueless. Beds were not comfortable at all and the hallways and elevators were humid and smelled.

the ice and water bottle machine was on the 1st floor near bathrooms. coffee with decaf available all day. nice selection of snacks and beers near the host desk with cute area to hang out and relax.

We got there a little late. The room we booked on booking. com was given to someone else. We requested a disability room with a walk in shower. The only reason that we ended with the disability room. Was another person let us have his room with a walk in shower. The person at the front desk did not help us at all. She was going to give us regular room. I also had a email showing that we had the disability room with a walk in shower. We showed the person at the front desk. She could have cared less

It’s location and being close to everything is great.
They don’t have microwaves in the rooms. You have to go 3 floors down to the lobby to heat your food up. The room was extremely hot at nice the ac hardly worked. The price didn’t match what they had to offer. It wasn’t worth the money to stay there.

Arrived to an awesome location surrounded by restaurants and activities not too far. The hotel has a pool, fitness center, & pool table along w other activities to enjoy including many charging stations. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and efficient. Wish I could have stayed longer!
Remember they are pet friendly.
