Great location Everything you need Air con in living area was great

Bedrooms were very hot needs air con in there Bed was very saggy we just kept rolling to the centre.

I have stayed at this premises a few times and I like the updated lounge/table/outdoor table/ downstairs tiling.

I think linen, towels, tea towels should be provided for this price. Price is on the high side. Gas bottle for the BBQ was empty (the 3rd time out of 5 stays)

Location, and plenty of space

Shower up stairs not working over bath tub.

Location is excellent, just across the beach, near shops, river and walk tracks. House is airy and spacious, has all we needed for a beach stay. Great backyard for the kids, lots of open space for relaxing and playful times. Simple house, but cozy and providing all you need to enjoy the holidays.

Could have had one extra fan (only two available for 3 bedrooms), lots of big mosquitoes outside (inside a National Park and near beach and river I guess it is expected); one of the bathrooms sinks had a crack and was leaking so floor would be wet every time we turned tap on (not major issues, just extra comfort that could be added)
