our room started to smell stale after day 2…there was mold on the inside shower liner and looked like shower may not have been cleaned 100% as we found 2 open soaps on the top ledge of the shower. Also zero tissues…

The beach and weather for the most part was great. Regatta was clean and the view was beautiful. Adults Only.

Breakfast was ok. Casseroles all had a lot of bread in them. Bagels each day which no one ate them Muffins were good and pastries would have been a better alternative to the bagels. Assigned breakfast times would have worked in two time slots much better. The area is very small and not everyone could fit in this area. Most bed and breakfast cook and serve each guest. our room was next to the laundry room and speakers for overhead music. Each morning we were awakened to music being turned on at 6:30 and stayed on all day. One night the music was still on past 10:00pm and had to call to have music turned off. It is not a good room for relaxation and quiet. Has to drive to dinner each night. Just not close enough to walk and parking was expensive.

Was a very beautiful room.

I had to walk 3 flights of stairs. Not good for a 69 year old. Need to explain more about this BOLD PRINT MAYBE? Also explain River view, garden view, ocean view. If I had known I would have booked First floor and River view. I’ll know if we’ll ever do it again

Very nice staff. Room good size. The weather was lousy so that it limited use of the deck and veranda which would make the stay more pleasurable. Ample easy parking.

The location is good but Folly beach is not the type of place we would return to (of course that is not the properties fault)

Perfect location for quiet, scenic and beautiful sunsets. Staff was very accommodating and a good resource for questions and recommendations. Folly Beach just 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. October was a great time to come.

Didn't have a need but didn't see access to meet ADA requirements or for getting heavy objects (luggage) up stairs.

I like how they used Bee kind products for soap. They also provided coffee in the morning which was a huge plus!!

I did not like how one of the staff members used some bad language like the "F" word. It did not seem professional.

Being on the third floor, and not having an elevator was a little difficult for me, but it was a very nice place

The location, and the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was comfortable with a private screened in balcony. Full breakfast was served and there was a happy hour every afternoon. Wonderful!

This bed and breakfast is BEAUTIFUL! With plenty of views of the marina and only a short distance to the beach, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Danny was working the front desk when we arrived and set the tone off to a great start with his friendly attitude and willingness to answer any of our questions. Oh, did I mention the Happy Hour? They offer great wine, beer, specialty cocktails, and cheeses to enjoy right before sunset. We enjoyed ours on their rooftop deck. I will be going back.
