Dit is 1 van de meest complete verblijven die we ooit gehad hebben! Beatriz is een perfecte host en heeft werkelijk overal aan gedacht om je verblijf perfect te maken. Daarbij is ze ook nog heel aardig en geeft je de nodige uitleg om van Vegueta te genieten.
Voor ons was dit echt het perfecte verblijf om de oude stad te ontdekken.

Een fantastische en aardige host. Een appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Rustig. Maar dichtbij centrum en busstation. Alles in in het appartement in overvloed aanwezig.

Beatriz was the best host, she communicated quickly regarding access to the property, showed us around and gave us some tips on our arrival. She also checked that we were happy and comfortable during the week and was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage for a few extra hours on the last day, even though she was expecting a new guest. Lots of nice gifts from Beatriz on arrival, butter, jam, wine etc. which proved very handy.
The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and was just perfect for our needs. everything seem to have been thought of to make you at home. Generously sized terrace, which we used for breakfast everyday and drinks before going out in the evening.
Brilliant location in the old town area of Las Palmas, handy for many excellent restaurants and interesting places to visit.

The room was clean, tidy and very warmly decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The landlord is also very friendly.

La situación. Vegueta és un barrio muy bonito, el corazón histórico de Las Palmas.
El alojamiento está muy bien, bonita terraza y con muchísimas comodidades. Te sientes a gusto, es tu hogar.
Beatriz, nuestra anfitriona, genial !! Una amiga para siempre. Se preocupó que no faltara de nada, tanto de suministros (almuerzo, agua ...) como de toallas. El hecho de tener lavadora y poder tenderla sin problemas nos ha supuesto un gran alivio en el equipaje.
En resumen, gràcias Beatriz por tu amabilidad y simpatia. Tienes una pareja de amig@s para lo que necesites.
No ès que no nos haya gustado pero hay que tener en cuenta que és un segundo piso y no tiene ascensor, por eso de la movilidad.
Para dos personas estupendo, para + un poco justo.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und hat für zwei Personen absolut alles, was man benötigt und noch mehr: unendlich viele Handtücher, Strandtücher, Hüte, Duschgel, Shampoo und, und, und, bis hin zu Kaffee, Gewürzen etc., es fehlte wirklich an nichts, es ist an alles in ausreichender Anzahl gedacht. Das Highlight ist sicherlich die tolle Terrasse, schöne Lage in Vegueta zum Eintauchen ins Leben von Las Palmas, gutes und stabiles Internet, sogar Netflix und Disney auf dem Fernseher etc. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die Gastgeberin Beatriz, sehr herzlich und bemüht, immer ansprechbar, nette Kommunikation von A bis Z. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben :-)
Wir hatten das Pech, in eine extreme Hitzewelle hinein zu geraten, so dass es in der Wohnung doch ziemlich warm war (trotz mobilem Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer, über das wir sehr froh waren). Außerdem war die Wohnung für unseren Geschmack ein wenig zu "duftig", aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Es gibt ansonsten überhaupt nix zu meckern, alles super :-)

It's a beautiful place with shops around, close to Canarian museum. Extremely clean, and you feel like home. Bea is a lovely host who was always around to help and explain everything it's needed. The place has everything you need!
The only thing is once you arrive there is no clear sign where it is so you need to contact the host, however this should not be a big problem since she comes to welcome you.

La casa, acogedora y bonita, la terraza, para quedarte allí todo el día.
La limpieza impecable.
Y los detalles para los clientes, incontables a todos los niveles. Nunca habíamos estado en una casa que ofreciera tanto.

Además la zona, para nuestro gusto, es la más bonita de Las Palmas

Beatriz is such an amazing host. I thought I met amazing hosts before, but she exceeded all expectations. She waited for us with water in the fridge, Canarian snacks, beach towels & umbrella. The bed was suuuuppppeeerrrr comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for everything Bea, I am sure we will see you again in the future!
This is not something negative against Beatriz, it is just something to consider if you are light sleeper like my partner. You can hear the noise from the streets in the early morning and she brought earplugs for that. It also gets quite hot at night and we were sleeping with the windows open some of the nights and waking up during the night to close them once the temperature cooled down.

We loved our stay in Beatriz apartment. The place is small but comfy and with all amenities. The bed is so comfortable and Beatriz is a very kind host, who left us lots of little extra things in the room before arrival: chocolate, crisps, water …

Beatriz was a brilliant host and so lovely and helpful during our stay at the Beauty Attic, a sweet apartment with everything you could possibly need, a sunny patio, comfy bed, nice hot shower, super fast wifi, washing machine and all spotlessly clean. It is in a nice quiet area but only minutes walk from the Cathedral and plenty of cafes and restaurants and a little supermarket nearby, there is also a bus stop close by to explore further. Lots of lovely little touches from Beatriz that made it feel a bit special, thank you, we loved it.

Beatrix was excellent. She went and got us fresh fruit and water. Also wine for us. She even got a valentine choc for my partner to give me. Perfect.

Beatriz is the most amazing host you could ask for!
She took her time to explain to me all about the island, how to get around, and some of its fascinating history.
Beatriz made me feel very welcome.
The Canarian people really are lovely.
The Beauty Attic felt like a real home from home and was a truly stunning property in the gorgeous old town, Vegueta.
The property is located close to local shops and markets.
It is also only a short bus ride to Playa de las Canteras, a fantastic beach to relax or enjoy a swim, complete with lots of local bars and restaurants.
The property was clean and tidy. It had a real charm throughout with its design.
The Canarian coffee out on the terrace in the mornings was great!

A lovely apartment with all you need. Good location on a peaceful street in Vegueta, a supermarket and a bakery quite nearby. Beatriz was the best landlady ever helping us in many ways :)

Beatrix is such a lovely person. So kind and helpful and always on hand. The flat is exceptionally well equipped and uf there is anything you need Beatrix will not hesitate to provide it. It is really homely with lots of personal touches. We really appreciated that there was loads of coffee., milk, oil and condiments so we didn't have to rush to the shops for basics. Beatrix even gave my husband a couple of razors for shaving because we were hand luggage only. And she and her son spent ages sorting the TV out for us.
The balcony is a lovely space but unfortunately there was a tropical storm on when we were there so we didn't get to use it much. The mattress is exceptionally comfortable.
Perfectly situated for the old town and all public transport.
The weather! But that couldn't be helped. If was a freak event and of course Beatrix provided umbrellas!

The Beauty Attic was perfect for our short stay. Beatriz met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment - she is an exceptional, friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. Her apartment is outstanding, in a very convenient location and has everything you could need for a long or short stay. The breakfast items and snacks provided were perfect for us. The outside space was just perfect in the evenings. All the local landmarks and shopping centre are within easy walking distance and the local buses are easy to access if you want to travel further afield. I would definitely recommend The Beauty Attic to my friends and family who were planning a visit the this part of Gran Canaria

The apartment is in a very good location, in a quiet street, 5 mins walk from a supermarket, bakery, a small fruit/veg shop, and the cathedral. The bed is very comfortable, the internet fast and reliable. All the amenities are there: a washing machine, juicer, tv, fridge, etc., as well as cosmetics, towels and additional blankets. Every possible space of this relatively small flat is well organized to serve a purpose.
I was concerned about the parking situation, but every evening I found a free spot to park in the small dead-end street seen from the balcony (Abreu y Galindo). Beatriz welcomed us in person on arrival and showed us around the apartment. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
If I had to mention something, maybe I would wish for the balcony to be less noisy (children playing, normal city sounds). And there is no door separating the living space from the bedroom, which could be a problem if one person wants to work and the other to sleep.

A fantastic stay, from start to end. I'm really glad we picked to stay here, and I would not choose anywhere else. Not only is it a fantastic property, Beatrix is so welcoming and thoughtful, everything you could need is provided for you.
The location is great, the old town has such a lovely atmosphere and there were some great places to eat. It's also very easy and cheap to get a bus to the beach or anywhere else you need to go.
