La Villa Sophia est un véritable joyau côtier frais et respirant, chaleureux et confortable. Il est à seulement 2,5 km des belles plages de Naples et en plein milieu de tout ce que Naples a à offrir.
La maison de 4 chambres avec son espace de vie à aire ouverte présente de hauts plafonds voûtés de 12 pieds dans le salon et de hauts plafonds dans le reste de la maison pour vous donner la sensation de respirer librement.
Puisque tout de cette maison nouvellement construite a été conçue et planifiée par nous, nous nous sommes assurés que vous vous sentiez à l'aise dès le début. Dans le salon ouvert, vous trouverez un grand canapé avec des chaises confortables, une énorme Smart TV de 55 pouces, une Apple TV de dernière génération et une radio Bose.
La salle à manger a de grandes portes-fenêtres coulissantes donnant sur la piscine extérieure chauffée et la nouvelle cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit, un immense bar et des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un réfrigérateur avec eau filtrée et distributeur de glaçons.

Perfect Family Getaway
I can't say enough about how perfect this house was for our family (3 adults and one child). We had plenty of space and could have fit more people if we wished. The layout is perfect. The amenities are abundant. The pool and outside are awesome.
The owners were super responsive. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the house is nicer than the neighborhood. That was our only concern. The location though is super central and everywhere is easy to get to.

Great house
The house was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was not as nice as the house. Not walkable but a short car ride to stores, many beaches and downtown Naples.
The pool was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 little kids.

Comfortable getaway
This is our second stay. We had a hassle free., enjoyable stay. Falco and Christina are wonderful hosts. The house is lovely. Centrally located.l, which makes day to day dp easy. See you next year!

A lovely house to enjoy some winter sunshine
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The house itself was very well equipped with a lovely pool, three good bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room. However it was the little differences that were particularly appreciated. The bedding and comforters were of a high quality; we were greeted with a care package including bottled water, coffee, wine and chocolate; the beach chairs were comfortable and not your average cheap rubbish; the TV has an excellent cable package including HBO and Netflix. Christina and Falko obviously take pride in being hosts and it shows. We read some comments on the neighborhood and it is a more working class area than many in ritzy Naples. However, it is safe and very well located to everything - so it really wasn’t an issue for us.
Thank you for letting us enjoy a welcome break from the cold of the Northeast and thank you for being such gracious hosts.

The house is only two years old and consequently is in excellent condition. The kitchen features every appliance you could want and the cathedral ceiling living room features a flat screen TV with Nix play.
The three bedrooms are all of reasonable size and feature some of the best mattresses we ever slept on. The pool and lanai were perfect for our purposes and the neighborhood was quiet.
The neighborhood featured older homes and the house we rented was definitely the best one in the area

Great location
This house is new, decorated nicely, and again, in a great location in terms of shopping, restaurants, the beach, and close to old naples. The owners are very accommodating. A few blips on the radar screen were dealt with immediately. Nice pool . We will be returning on future visits.

Excellent house in a great town
Me and my family really liked our vacation in this wonderful Villa. The house is very modern and fits a family of six easily. Outdoor area is great, good swimming pool and well furnished. The house is well located and all service is close by. The owners were easy to reach and willing to help in every way. Next time in Naples we would love to rent this Villa again.

Beautiful home
This is our 3rd VRBO trip to Naples, and by far the nicest home. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our large family of six. The house was fully stocked with pool toys, chairs for the beach, books, games, and the comfiest beach towels I have ever used!

Beautiful house!!!
We are so pleased with our stay at Villa Sophia! There was a great deal of rain during our week so we had alot of indoor time and the house accommodated us wonderfully. The house was beautiful and well cared for. There was a child safety gate along the length of the pool. The owners have thought of every detail and their pride of ownership really shows. Close to the beach and shopping! Neighborhood was quiet. No complaints from us. We would love to stay there again since this is an annual trip! Thank you so much.

Beautiful home, well appointed, great owners, bad neighborhood.
We had a great time inside the home, which is wonderful. But it sits in a run-down neighborhood. We felt safe enough, but it was something we had to get used to at first. Great proximity to stores and restaurants. Beach is a 10 minute drive. It apparently rains a lot in June - we didn't expect that and were inside for half of our stay. It was a good thing the house was so nice and great for small children. The owners were kind and attentive to all the details.

Nice home for spending time with family. Careful in garage because of a small ledge between driveway and garage. A fall occurred because of it. Other than that a very nice house in a working class neighborhood. We had a delightful time.

The property is exceptionally kept and well stocked for ALL convenience needs! It is located near major streets, restaurants, convenience stores, etc so commuting was a breeze. I would DEFINITELY return to this property for future trips to Naples.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sorrento Villas! The house was as described and spacious enough for our family of 5. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming each night before bed. The water was pretty cold but they didn't seem to mind. The location was close to several great beaches including Naples pier, the grocery and many restaurants. We took advantage of the beach chairs and towels each day which were perfect and super convenient!

House was more than was stated! House was in great shape and was close to the beach. Would definitely recommend it. Owner was always in direct contact and was extremely pleasant to deal with.

The house was much better than expected, brand new, very clean, very modern, comfortable, 15 minutes from the beach, we enjoy the pool very much not to mention the barbecue grill.
The hosts had a basket waiting for us with a welcome note with snacks and Colombian coffee which we love.
We had an incredible time and will definitely rent again. We strongly recommended it to anyone who wants a great home away from home.
