Cloudbreak est situé au bout d'une cour très isolée offrant une vue panoramique sur le parc national et les couchers de soleil sur le lac salé, qui sont tout simplement magnifiques. La maison est entourée d'arbres et d'arbustes indigènes qui créent un cadre paisible et naturel.
La présentation de la maison est absolument impeccable, de haut en bas, avec une décoration moderne et une conception ouverte faisant face au nord qui permet une lumière naturelle maximale. Cloudbreak peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il est parfait pour 2 familles et la literie peut accueillir 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Il y a 2 lits Queen, 2 lits simples et 2 lits superposés. Il a une grande zone de divertissement en plein air de deuxième étage avec bar intégré à la cuisine, où l'intérieur et l'extérieur se rencontrent pour un divertissement en plein air ultime (salle à manger intérieure à 8 places et salle à manger extérieure à 6 places). Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, un espace barbecue protégé en bas et un grand parking couvert.
Cloudbreak est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade entre amis. Situé au centre de Marion Bay avec Willyama, Penguin Point, Tavern et Jetty à seulement 2 min en voiture ou 10 min à pied.

Beds were terrible and tiny not adequate for 6-8 adults as stated. Bed in second bedroom was old and wasn’t a proper ensemble. I had to sleep on the couch it was so uncomfortable. My tall teens couldn’t sleep in the beds as they were tiny and had to crunch up to sleep mattresses were cheap and very uncomfortable, it spoilt our holiday because everyone was tired from not sleeping well.

Had to stay again after a weekend stay. This time for a week courtesy of wonderful accomodation by owners.
Just the most relaxing, refreshing, best placed spot. Dead end street, beautiful outlook across to Dhilba Guuranda and quiet. Beautifully minimally presented, creates no fuss, easy to keep clean, Excellent kitchen and what you need. Awesome deck to soak in the rays.
Owners are lovely, on contacting them with something 'I did' the concern was more that I was 'enjoying our holiday'! Highly recommend, the reviews certainly tell the story of 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend. Although saying this is not beneficial as you want to keep it secret!

A great location to explore Innes National Park. Only a short drive to go surfing at Berry Bay. Highly recommend.

This is a very thought through holiday home, easy living, has all you need for a couple or family to enjoy a break in Marion Bay. The shaded car parking under the house, ground floor laundry to unload the washing from the beach and rise off the sand in the full sized shower, downstairs bbq and open living area upstairs to enjoy morning coffee and sunsets. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms modern and all rooms have easy use windows or sliding doors to let it the fresh air. Kitchen well equipped with good quality equipment. High capacity air con in lounge easily servixes all rooms, all properly well lit controlled from inside the house. Couple of streets walk to beach and 10mins walk to Marion Pub for a meal & provisions. This has to be one of the best places in Marion Bay. We will happily stay at Cloud Break again.

A great holiday home for our family get away with teenage children. A great location in the town and we enjoyed the lovely deck to have a drink on! House was very clean and well set up!

Enjoyed the morning and sunset view from the balcony the most! Lovely and safe surrounding too. Only negative was just a little bit short of small needs like kitchen towels, bin bags, would be also nice if provide the bath towels.

Much needed break
A great location for the beach, town and Innes National Park. Very clean and welcoming. Very well stocked with all things needed. Perfect for afternoon nibbles on the deck. We will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic beach house
We loved staying at this house, best part being sitting on the deck watching the sunset. Close proximity to the beach and the national park. Very airy, spacious and great views. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic modern house, tidy, clean, plenty of room for our family. The kitchen / breakfast bar / balcony setting is great - nice to watch the sunsets from there. Hosts were easy to communicate with and super helpful. Little touches like having oil, salt, pepper, glad wrap were much appreciated.
Quiet area, very relaxing, close to the Tavern which does tasty meals.
Not house related, but while we were there the local store closed unexpectedly for several days (covid) - the closest store is a good half hour away so be prepared and bring more food than you need!

Great modern accommodation with everything you need for a very comfortable, pleasant stay. A lovely view from the deck and living area windows. Easy 25 minute walk to tavern and shop. Located right at the beginning of Innes National Park where there are some lovely walks and spectacular views. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect long weekend and Innes NP
Ben was an amazing host, very prompt on all communication. He offered advice on local attractions, surf conditions, places to swim with different wind / waves conditions. Property was very clean, good views into the NP, 2 minute drive to Penguin Point for SUP and kids swimming. Beds were comfortable, great layout for two families. Thanks again.

A great weekend escape
Lovely house with great amenities, heaps of beds and modern feel. Great kitchen and plenty of utensils etc for us to cook for ourselves with ease which was perfect for us. The stay could have been elevated with wifi and with all linens being provided but all in all a great stay and lovely retreat in Marion Bay.

Perfect for us
My wife and I spent three nights here late March 2021 for a short getaway close to Innes National Park. We found the property to be very clean and well lit with a surprisingly comfortable master bedroom bed. There is a lovely view from the deck and two large showers. Especially the one in the his and hers bathroom.
There is a fish cleaning sink and a barbecue under the house and a lot of parking in what was a quiet neighborhood during our stay.
Very nice kitchen with a lot of cabinet space, large supply of dishes, glasses, etc. That said, (and this could have been OUR shortcoming) the Bosch dishwasher should have simple directions, maybe taped right on the door. There may have been directions somewhere but for whatever reason we couldn't find any. We are very experienced and love to cook but we struggled with it in the beginning. Directions would have helped a lot and would probably would have saved water.
All and all this was a lovely and comfortable house for us. It suited our needs perfectly.
