This is a fantastic family house, complete with all essential amenities. The location is ideal, and the standout feature is definitely the sunroom overlooking the lake.

We had a great time at Lakes Entrance. The house is huge, the view fantastic and it is so close to everything you need. We did have issues with the internet, and despite the manager kindly coming to our aid, it was still a little dodgy. Nevertheless it was a wonderful place to spend 10 relaxed and restful days. Loved this house which easily accommodated our large group. Very comfortable with a lovely view via the upstairs sunroom. Owner was very helpful and turned the heating on for us before we arrived ensuring the house was warm. Large garage and plenty of parking on the property, all good n a nice and quiet court. Will definitely stay there again

A group of friends stayed here the night before and after a wedding. The house is very spacious and close to main part of town. Communication prior to arriving was very good.

We came down for the Alpine it could all our team, lots of room to spread out, didn't have enough beds as everyone was single but they had 2 extra mattresses and we brought also 3 camp stretchers and we fitted all 12 of us very well and very accommodating and very close drive to Wolliesfor us to get food everyday for everyone. Will stay again.

Plenty room for improvement
This house has a great potential, it is big and spacious. However the house has plenty room for improvement. I will list some of them:
*Overall the house was not as clean as it should be. Lots of spiderweb everywhere. BBQ, garage’s fridge and outdoor furniture so rusty and dirty we didn’t use them. The toilets smelt… specially the toilet downstairs, we were unable to use it.
*Many light bulbs around the house were blown.
*Some kitchenware is too old to use (like pans) and there was a carnival of cutlery, plates, etc. It was almost impossible to find a container with its lid.
Maybe because of previous experiences we had had, but we feel the kitchen was a complete disappointment, no coffee/tea/salt/oil, foil paper, sponge and dishwasher, or any basic supplies in the kitchen. Additionally, the rubbish bins in the kitchen are not big enough for a house that accommodates that many people.
The stools for the kitchen bench are the same high of the kitchen bench, not ideal.
*In general furniture need urgent update. The couches (both areas) are all broken and very uncomfortable. The mattresses are old too, and the 2 single mattresses in the bedroom downstairs are literally just springs. Pool table too old to play with.
*TV is also old. They should advice to take with you your laptop, HDMI, Etc.
And WIFI is too weak. We had to use our mobile data.
*Cinema room was disappointing. You only can use it to watch old movies they have there. There is no way to connect a Laptop to the projector, therefore you can’t fully enjoy the cinema room.
*The closet with the board games is a total mess. We were unable to find a game we could play; all the games have missing parts. The games closet needs to be tidy up urgently.
Investing a bit of care, timer and money, the house could become a hit.

Need attention regards Tenant respect & cleaning
Delay Check-in, dirty BBQ&Fans,garage Fridge, rusty tables&chairs backyard, contact & had sent photos as mentioned above but Trent gave no response & neglection. many insects causing bites & long sever itching. Spiderwep everywhere, no enough lights, no lights at main bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very spacious, well located house. Breakfast in the sunroom overlooking the lakes and the ocean was lovely. Kids used the billiard table and board games a lot. Thanks for a lovely break.

Great house for large family or group of friends. Good location close to shops and cafes etc. A few up dates in furniture and appliances would make this house even more comfortable. Heaters through out house kept us warm on a very cold weekend. If you are a person that likes to watch Netflix etc at night then take your own laptop and hdmi cord as TV is not smart. We enjoyed our stay and will happily stay again.

Great location, needs improvement
This house was in a great location and has great potential. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Unfortunately the house was not very clean and we refused to use one of the showers because of this. The beds and furniture were uncomfortable and definitely need replacing. If these improvements were made I would definitely go back.

Great house and location
We enjoyed our stay here - house was huge and cleanly maintained. However, was a bit let down (possibly due to my experiences with other/earlier AirBNB's i have stayed in). No coffee/tea/salt/oil or any basic supplies in the kitchen other than sugar as well as additional charges if any sort of linen (bedspreads/pillow-covers/towels) - all were a bit of a let down. Admittedly the linen bit was definitely on the listing - but given some of these add-ons come by default in most other properties, it was a surprise. (hence 3 star rating from a value perspective)
Otherwise, the stay was great, Rooms were clean. Comm's were prompt and well responded to. Nice location with great views of the creek.
