Jim was very responsive. We had 9 adults and it was very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space, but when we gathered, we did so in the dining room for meals, the living room for football, and the sunroom for coffee:) Lovely deck overlooking the bay. Great stay!

Property was just off a fairly major road, but surprisingly quiet inside and when sitting outside overlooking Buttermilk Bay. There is a lot of room inside the house including 5 good sized bedrooms, a large dining room, a large living room, a nice patio room overlooking the Bay and a nice deck.There is a separate cooling system for the upper floor so everyone was comfortable on the warm nights. On the cooler days we opened the windows and had glorious breezes throughout the house. The kitchen is the only space that isn't large; plenty of room for one or two or even three cooks, but tight when all of the non-cooks wanted to interlope. The house has a beach at low tide and access to a neighborhood beach two doors down, but your beach time is best spent across the Bay (10-minute walk), or at the lovely beach in Onset (10-minute drive), or across the Canal on one of the many Cape Cod beaches (30-90-minute drive depending). Nonetheless, we had a marvelous time at the home beach catching crabs and just hanging out including on two large rocks that appear at low tide. The walking path by the Cape Cod Canal (5-minute drive) was used several times and we found an excellent wooded hike just 2 miles away. We saw a musical in New Bedord only 30 minutes away, played putt-putt, and visited souvenir shops. The house and location worked out great for us; lots of options for things to do beyond what we did.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront property! We spent 5 days here with two other families (6 adults and 3 young children) and this house was everything we hoped for! It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located! The view of the bay is unbeatable and being so close to the water made traveling with kids so easy! Jim was a wonderful host and he was very helpful and easy to contact! We really enjoyed our time here and we hope to come back next year!

The house is roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated too, right on the water and with the a deck, table and grill with great views across the Bay. It was also incredibly clean and fresh. It was warm and sunny week, so great to be on the water but to also have air conditioning in the house when we'd had enough sun and heat. The owner was gracious and helpful, met us in person with the keys and answered any questions. I can't recommend this rental property highly enough. It was indeed the best house we've rented in 22 years of Cape rentals. All the family agreed!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location to celebrate Fourth of July as a family. The home was wonderful for children and adults and the location was great. The local firework shows (multiple!) were probably the best we will ever see. I would do this every Fourth of July, if I could. It is a wonderful house and Jim was an attentive host.

This was a comfortable house with beautiful views from many of the rooms and the deck. Close to the bridge to get to the cape. Extremely clean. Well stocked.

This property exceeded all our expectations for a family vacation. We truly felt that we had the best of all worlds. Nights grilling and relaxing on the deck overlooking the bay with days fishing in the bay plus being in close proximity to day trips to Cape Cod & Martha’s Vineyard, even a Red Sox game. It was more than enough room for 4 adults and 4 children. The place was extremely clean and well stocked with everything that you can imagine. The host, Jim, met us at the property to welcome our family and give us a tour of the house. This was the first time anyone has done this in all the properties we have rented. It was very hospitable. There are many reasons we would come back to this property, but that adds an extra touch that you do not see too often. We had 2 small concerns during our stay and Jim addressed them right away. We definitely would love to come back to this property.

We spent a wonderful week with our two sons, their wives and two grandchildren. Everyone loved this house. Each couple had their own king-sized bed and bathroom. The house was beautiful and very clean, and the view was spectacular.

This was the perfect property for my husband & I to spend a week with my adult children & their partners. Other family also stopped in during the week. House is very clean and kitchen is very well-equipped, and you can't beat the view! We will definitely keep this property on our list of favorites and plan to return.

Jim was super helpful. He made extra efforts to get us into the house as soon as it was clean. He was also kind about being flexible meeting us. House was very clean. Lots of shared space for a large group. Views of the bay are so beautiful. Really nice deck for morning coffee. A bit of a drive if you plan to go to Boston more than once. Really great if you want to spend time on the cape or take any the ferry’s. It’s a perfect place to kayak. If you have them bring them. Would really recommend this home.

The view is fabulous! It was so great sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful view! The house is very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated! Perfect for a big group! I hope to be back soon!

This was our family vacation and the house had a bedroom on the first floor for Mom/Dad and upper bedrooms for rest of family. Very clean and ready for our stay. Many rooms for many activities Puzzles, Games, and relaxation on the deck with wonderful views. Location was great close to Bourne and Falmouth and the Canal for biking, walking. Other beaches close by as well.

Jim was very great in communicating with me from approving the rental to the final goodbye. His house was very clean and had everything you would need. The view from the back of the house was beautiful.

Jim was easy to work with and very accommodating. His home was a good location to drive to cape cod, MV ferry, and Newport. About an hour drive to each location.

Fantastic property centrally located to everything we had planned. Great deck overlooking bay with a BBQ that was used every night. Kitchen had everything we possibly could need. Jim was great meeting us at the property and helpful with answers to our questions. Plenty of room for our extended family. Thanks for letting us borrow your property for a great family celebration!

The property manager was truthful and efficient. All was as described. The house and stay went quite well. All one’s needs are in close proximity to the property. I would return.

There are so many positives to this house. The rooms are good sizes, the beds are comfortable that house is very clean. We were traveling with our 92 year old mom, and she was so comfortable with the first floor bedroom with the walk-in shower. This was such a plus. The view from the deck and back of the house is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups and glasses and convenient for making meals. The location is good for an easy trip over the bridge or activities on the mainland. Jim is a great host, very responsive and made the process very easy. We had a great visit in this home.

It was a good place to relax with the family on property.

I was very impressed with this house; very large bedrooms, enough bathrooms, good sized, lovely deck overlooking the bay, saw some beautiful sunrises, and all the amenities necessary. I so appreciated that Jim provided all the linens, and we all enjoyed the beach below the house, though for an hour at high tide, there is no beach. Sometimes we just stepped off the stairs onto paddle boards or into floats. The waters were calm, perfect for the boards and safe for the children. The house is very close to the Cranberry Highway, so there was some traffic noise, and we always had to make sure our adventurous 2 and a half year old was supervised. However, the location is far from the frenetic traffic once one crosses the bridges, yet close enough to activities for the teens. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

Jim's house is amazing for any kind of vacation to Cape Cod. We had two families sharing in the house and it was spacious and very comfortable. We did a lot of traveling to all parts of the Cape and the location was great to connect to each of the bridges bringing you in.

What a lovely vacation getaway we had with the family. This is a truly beautiful spot with amazing water views from almost every room. The small private beach was an added bonus. There is plenty of space with large bedrooms and multiple sitting areas for entertaining both indoors and out. The house was spotless and equipped with all the necessities. The communication was super easy with the owner. We had such a lovely and relaxing time. We will definitely stay here again

Very clean. Spectacular view. Fixtures/ fittings upstairs a bit dated. There is is leak in the living room area that kept dripping during the rain-slipping hazard. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Overall a very nice experience.

We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space/deck was also great. Being able to walk to the water was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this home! The bay views were beautiful from many rooms. The house was clean and had everything you could think of for a wonderful stay with family. We wish the “beach” was larger with sand, but because of high tide it was more rocks and mud. Would definitely go back!
