Louez mon cottage d’invité historique entièrement meublé avec une chambre et une salle de bain et vous vous sentirez immédiatement chez vous. Profitez de se réveiller aux sons des oiseaux tropicaux. Lire le journal du dimanche sur une tasse de café ou de thé dans la cour privée ensoleillée. Prenez une matinée de marche vers l'eau et regarder le saut de poisson.
Le chalet 750 pieds carrés est parfait pour le voyageur seul ou un couple snowbird. Il n'y a pas d'escaliers à monter ou élévateurs à prendre. Garez votre voiture (s) dans le lecteur invité privé.
Cette propriété est entièrement non-fumeurs. Fumer à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur est pas autorisé.

Private location situated off the street. Spent a lot of time in the pool. The cottage is something to see. The construction is old Florida, not the cookie cutter crap you see in the beach communities. The location is near everything including beaches.Fran.

If you are looking for a place with a pool that has any kind privacy, this is not the place for you. Moving past that, the cottage was adorable and looked like something from a fairy tale. We had everything we needed and were in close proximity to the shops and beaches in Sarasota and Venice. We were very comfortable all week and had a great stay!

Jane was a wonderful host. I stayed for my birthday week. She surprised me with flowers and a cupcake. Very sweet and thoughtful. The property was quiet and peaceful. Nice neighborhood to take a walk around. The cottage was clean with all the little extras you may be looking for. Hoping to return for another visit.

Jane's cottage was just as described. She met us on arrival and gave us an overview of the rental and area. She was readily available if assistance was needed. The cottage was well equipped from the kitchen to the gear for the beach. It was the perfect location to visit Gulf Beaches and access to a variety of stores/businesses. We enjoyed our stay!

This cottage did not disappoint! I loved how dog friendly it was. Jane was wonderful and the communication was great! The dogs were spoiled with the treats she left for them!

My husband and I and our little Chi-Pom had a wonderful 7 night stay at Jane’s place. It was close to everything we needed and had everything we wanted. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jane!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was private, clean and the swimming pool was wonderful. Jane was a great hostess. I stayed here with my dog and we went to the local dog park and wandered down the street to the park/river at the end of the street. Everyone I ran into was very friendly. It was a great, relaxing vacation.

Private apartment in a very convenient yet private location. Unit was very well equipped- tons of towels and even enough toilet paper for our 8 day stay!
The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning and the fans kept the whole apartment very comfortable.

The abode was absolutely wonderful. The owner takes very good care of this property and makes sure that anything you could possibly need is there. The overall location is terrific in that is lies halfway between Venice and Sarasota. It was super clean and just truly. had everything one would need. The pool was also a nice addition.

This was the second time we stayed at Janes , everything was as expected , GREAT ! Great location with lots of options for shopping , dinning and everything the area has to offer .

This was just me and my 2 Labs. I wanted a small place with a pool for the pups and a short distance to Siesta Key Beach and other Beaches. I also found a great Dog Beach which was off leash. So many stores for everything very close by. Jane was so inviting and gave my pups dog biscuits and tennis balls.

As advertised !
As advertised this property fits the description , Storybook cottage in a Dream location . The cottage is as described , its not the Ritz , but if your looking for a great , clean place to stay it fills the bill . The location could not be any better . Less then 5 minutes to Publix , a pharmacy or Sprouts , a great organic store with fantastic produce prices , fresh fish and meat . And let me tell you about the Tuna Poke , you might think your in Hawaii . Siesta Key is less the 15 minutes away as well is Nokomis beach .
Check out Maxs Table for breakfast and lunch and you will be totally satisfied . Jane is a great hostess , this is the very first time we stayed in a VRBO with the owner there . We only saw Jane twice , the day we checked in and the day we left . We could not have asked for more . I dont want to boast too much because we already booked for the fall and next year . But if you get a chance this is a FANTASTIC place to stay .

Cute house in perfect location
We loved her stay there my husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary. When we got there there was a bottle of champagne and snacks from Jane who went above and beyond. The location was perfect close enough to things yet it was so quiet, peaceful and private. I only have one complaint and that is that the bed was very hard. That’s an easy fix. If you want to stay someplace where there is amazing communication this would be the place

Charming Cottage Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this quaint cottage! You are in your own private paradise with a private courtyard and pool. Jane won the Best Hostess Award! She surprised us with snacks, drinks, and even roses! Of course she didn’t forget our pet and left her a bag of dog treats. Jane was always available to answer our questions. This is not your luxury five star accommodations if that is what you are looking for. But a homey feel with a great stocked kitchen to satisfy any chef! Bathroom is on the small side but functions properly. The courtyard was my and my pups favorite spot! The huge trees gave various birds and squirrels protection but gave me a thrill of performances everyday! The location was perfect in a historical neighborhood with your choice of several beaches close by to visit. We will be returning in February for another stay in paradise!

Sarasota Cottage
Janes little cottage was all we needed. It was perfect!! The pool was very nice and the location was near everything. Jane had all and more than you needed. She was very hospitable. Down to the flowers on the table. Can’t wIt till we can go back and visit.

Great Place!
The property is just as it’s pictured. Not a swanky hotel room, but a comfortable, well-furnished cottage. CLEAN is an understatement! We loved it and had a blast in Sarasota.

Key West style cottage
This little cottage has a key west style. It is very private but located a short distance to anything you need. Jane is so amazing and helpful with questions and suggestions on things to see and do. She is very quick and responsive. Our little doggie Lola felt right at home. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave! Would definitely stay here again and suggest it to everyone!

Cozy Cottage
When I found Jane’s cottage I knew it was just the perfect place for us, a nice quite neighborhood with a pool we could use when ever we wanted to . The cottage had all the comforts of home and was fully stocked. When I read the previous reviews I knew it would be a place we would like. Jane has a huge personality I don’t think there isn’t anything she wouldn’t do to make your stay comfortable as possible if she could. Our privacy was respected at all times but we enjoyed visiting with her and she gave us good information of all the things to do and the history of the area. The cottage has a vintage feel to it but full of warmth and a very cozy feeling. The history of the neighborhood is very interesting. The only problem was the bed was not comfy for us. We hope to go back one day. I would totally recommend this cute cottage. It’s close to the stores and eating places. We had a car so we drove all over

quiet, vintage hideaway
I had some business to attend to in Sarasota, and this quiet, modest retreat allowed me the peace of mind to do what i had to do . .. Jane was welcoming at my arrival, and immediately responsive when there were plumbing issues . .. .after some days of rain, i was happy to be close to Siesta Key . . . i can easily recommend this listing to anyone who values peace and privacy . .. . Truly a little piece of Paradise
The cottage is even better in person than the photos represent. You can tell Jane really thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home here. As a couple we felt like there was plenty of space, the high ceilings in the living room make it feel spacious and comfortable. We found ourselves quickly referring to it as "home" without even realizing it, that's how nice a space it is. The fenced in patio is beautiful and the screened in pool which we had full access to is just, stunning. It's in a really nice and quiet neighborhood but it's not too far a drive from the beaches, shopping, restaurants and parks. Jane was very welcoming and gave us some really good suggestions for local dining. We will definitely be coming back!

My home away from home
This is my "go to" place. I've been going for a few years and always look forward to going back.
A half mile from 41,which takes you everywhere. Stores, restaurants ,mall, pubs, resale shops, beaches, post office, gas stations.
It's quiet and secluded with lots of trees and a pool.
Jane is a great host and always very helpful with anything you might need.
I totally recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and explore.

Mom, I don't want to leave!!
My 8-yr-old son's comment says it all! We love this little cottage, tucked away in its cozy almost hidden spot. It immediately feels like home and has been a great base from which to "learn" Sarasota and its environs. And the owner is the most gracious of hosts, and the most respectful of her tenants privacy. Our stay inspired us to settle in this lovely land.

Nice guest cottage
The house and yard were very nice, peaceful, and private.
The neighborhood is also very nice, and there are a number of nice beaches, parks, and museums close by.
Jane was willing to give suggestions about where to go, and promptly answered any questions I had. This cottage is a great place for an extended vacation.

Small but everything is catered for.
We had exclusive use of the pool which was fantastic. The accommodation provided all our needs including television, air con, telephone, washing etc. We can thoroughly recommend this little gem.
