Smell at the bathroom and many stairs.

I had a room in this guesthouse. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. Highly recommend staying here.

100% recommended. The flat was clean, perfectly located in the city center, close to bars and restaurants, and very comfortable. If you are looking for a place in Kotor old town, this is the one. We loved it.

As it is in the city center, it can obviously be a bit noisy at night (which was ok for us).

It can get loud at night outside due to the bar nearby and all the foot traffic so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

The location was perfect! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Also the wifi was stable and fast.

Perhaps the room could’ve had more table space for keeping items organized during a longer stay.

Excellent place. Great location and great view from my room (top floor). The room was furnished very nicely and everything was clean.

There is a bit of noise from the street, but I found I could block it out with ear plugs.

Boban was super helpful and hospitable. The location was amazing, right in the old town and we loved the view from our room on the top floor. The collaboration they have for breakfast with the restaurant down the street is awesome too.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed was very hard.

Noise from people walking by late at night, I imagine it would be much worse during the summer.

Amazing location in the old town, very nice room with a seaview. Most important of all, very clean and comfortable. Staff was super attentive and kind. Rooms have refrigerator and cups / spoons / coffee and there is a fully equipped kitchen at the entry level. Staff was always available via whatsapp for questions and advice before and during the trip, very helpful and friendly.

Not about the property but about the old town. parking is limited and realtively far away, it’s hard to walk with heavy luggages on cobblestone streets, properties are usually old buildings with narrow and steep staircases but it’s a trade-off for the 500 year old ambience. However, I would advise against staying in the old town if you have a serious health problem and you might need health care.

Amazing location, staff was helpful, the bed was soo comfy, will definitely book again when we come to Kotor. My mum stayed with my husband and I and the sofa bed was already prepared for her which was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Size and decoration of the rooms was very nice. Good heating system which was appreciated bearing in mind the cold temperatures outside. Location is very good except for the fact that there is a church close to the hotel so if you like to wake up very early, the sound of the bells early in the morning is perfect as an alarm. Of course this is nothing the accommodation should be blamed for.

We booked 4 rooms, two of them as triple rooms. When we arrived, the extra bed was not prepared in any t¡of the two rooms that had to be set as triple. We had to make the beds our selves. In room 01 the bathroom is connected with the staircase so there is no privacy.
