Die Zimmer und die Lobby sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Es gibt Fahrräder zum Ausleihen, mit denen man die Insel erkunden kann. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine große Anzahl Restaurants und Bars.

Das Frühstück stand portioniert in Styroporpackungen bereit. Das war für uns neu und unverständlich, auch der Inhalt konnte nicht überzeugen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage with the front desk before and after checkout. The rooms were large and very clean. The washers and dryers on the 3rd floor and 5th floors were free to use including detergent. The hotel is about a 5-6 minute walk from a supermarket, department store ( San-A) and several konbinis. The free breakfast was very good. Using a code to get into the room instead of a key card was convenient.

I cannot write my opinions in Japanese. There must be something wrong in Japanese writing system. Anyway we could use the washing machines and dryers in the hotel. They were very convenient.

The box breakfast was so so. If we could enjoy fruits and some other sweets in breakfast, they might be better.

The room is spacious, clean and modern. Check-in & out system are efficient. Staff are friendly and speak simple English.

Good location for walking to the City center. Lot of parking lots for your rental car! They offer free usage of laundry machines and dryer, which is quite conveniant.

Beds could be more comfortable and ours made squeaking and cracking sounds when moving in the bed.

It was confusing at first how to get new towels and how to empty the trash bins as cleaning service is only done in 3days. Finally figured out that I simply needed to take out the bin in front of the door and the staff will empty it and provide a clean plastic bag and towel every day.

Loved the location downtown making it easy to walk to dinner, etc. We had a suite on the top floor. Loved the balcony with outdoor jacuzzi tub.

The facility is going for a modern feel with self check-in/out. However, I think the staff could have been present at the front counter more to make the facility more personable and inviting. The boxed breakfast was ok but I would have preferred more self-serve hot options. Would have like some English news and movie television channel options.

The hotel was in a central location to restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s a far walk to the beach. The restaurants claimed to be full, so make reservations before going. Definitely rent a car to be able to explore the island and the connected islands. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are a very nice size. The breakfasts were fine, Japanese style.

the breakfast is poor. how come salad without dressing? too little amount, too bad, lack of creativity and didn't make sense. bad quality.

It’s quite noisy at night. The doors are not soundproof and you can hear people coming and going in the corridor. The beds were not the most comfortable.

Room was spacious and nice! If you like walking around the neighborhoods and search for local food, this hotel is the right spot for you. Staffs speak English, all of them are kind and helpful, rental bikes available in the hotel too.

it was very easy to make a reservation, i loved the price of stays .check in and check out super easy, everything was clean .there restaurant nearby very good too.breakfast it's delicious .
