House was excellent, great space for families.

This home was spectacular. Exceedingly clean and well designed for a family. The owners were very cordial and available and extremely helpful. Best communications we ever had with VRBO. Exceptional is an inadequate descriptor.

We enjoyed this property. It had lots of space, was fully equipped with everything we needed including any paper products and soaps and shampoo. We loved the deck and had a fire in the fire pit every night and the kids toasted marshmallows. We loved the location and the 6 and 8 year old could ride their bikes up and down the street. We brought corn hole with us but there was already one there. The only negative I could say is that we had to pay to use the pool. But the pool, splash pad and hot tubs were worth it I would definitely return to this property.

What a fantastic girls weekend at this beautiful home. We were in Waterville Valley for an Adult Tennis Camp. We had everything we needed, from lots of beds and bathrooms for each of the 4 ladies, towels, clean linens, a very well appointed kitchen and a fun game room. We had quite the ping pong tournament. We will definitely be coming back!

Our family has owned and rented homes in and around Waterville Valley for years, and this is one of the best stays we’ve ever had!!! The proximity to town square, mountain and the beautiful home were top notch. Thank you to the owners for making it such an easy process for rental, and for having such a fantastic home to rent. We’ll be back!

Had a wonderful 5 day stay with my family. Was the best house out of 5 that family members rented near by. Beautiful sunrises that reflect of the mountains. Gas fireplace that warms you right up. Clean, up to date and spacious. Jenn and Andy are great hosts and you can’t go wrong renting from them. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to relax and play board games (8 of us total). The house was even nicer than the pictures. Everyone had plenty of room. It was particularly nice for us that there were decent-sized tables both in the dining area and in the screened in deck, which meant plenty of room for multiple board games with everyone still close by. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the town center was a manageable walk or a very short car ride away. (We played disc golf at the town center) The owners were quick to respond to answer questions we had, both before the trip and during our stay. We had a great time, and would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Place was perfect for our large group in a very nice, quiet area that was central to all the activities we were looking to do.

Gorgeous house with easy access to all that Waterville has to offer. The kids loved riding their bikes on the quiet street and playing ping-pong and air hockey in the basement on rainy days. The home is well-appointed and has everything you need for cooking/grilling, etc. We'd definitely stay there again.

This property played host to a memorable spring skiing weekend in Waterville Valley. Jenn's home is well appointed and was perfect for two families. When we tore ourselves off the mountain and landed back at the house, the kids (and adults) were had a blast playing games - including foosball and ping pong - and watching movies. It is also a short walk to the pool and Town Square. Jenn replied to all communication promptly and thoroughly. We would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

My wife and I and two other couples recently booked the house for 5 nights. My wife and I have been coming to Waterville Valley for years but have always stayed at one of the hotels near the Town Square. Our friends have never been to the Valley, so we decided to rent a house together We definitely made the right choice choosing Jenn and Andy's house. The house is beautiful with great views of the nearby mountains. There was plenty of space for all of us with all the amenities we could have asked for. Being at the end of the street, we were secluded, yet still close enough that we could walk to Town Square. We had an issue with the heat when we first arrive, however, my phone call was returned very quickly and within 5 minutes everything was working again. Before we left, we and our friends agreed that we want to rent the house again next Fall. My wife and I have already been talking to our family about renting the house for our annual summer vacation in Waterville Valley next year.

House it’s located very close to trails, ski resorts, and a beach. Location was great! The house is super comfortable to hold 3 families and it has all what you need for your stay. Jenn was very easy to reach and responsive, she helps us with ALL the information of the area, things to do and suggestions. She made our stay easier and great! We are definitely coming back soon!

We were so happy with the house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. There is also plenty of gathering areas for dinners, games and relaxing. The location was great and we were able to explore and find some beautiful waterfalls. We would love to come back!

Plenty of room to spread out. Last house on road made it more private. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

We arrived on a Sunday evening for a three-week stay. By late Monday morning, we felt like we were right at home, albeit a nicer home in a nicer place than any of our actual homes. I'm not kidding. The house itself is clean, spacious, comfortable, well-appointed--everything one needs. The location is fabulous--secluded and private at the dead-end of a street, but still close enough to walk to everything. The days were slow and peaceful, but filled with so many things that the grandkids enjoyed--riding on the shuttle, two playgrounds, swimming in the pond, walking and playing along a number of streams, ice cream at Frosty Scoops in Plymouth, that kind of thing. Great kids stuff. In the evening, when the kids were settled, we sat on the front porch chatting and watching the weather roll over Mt Tecumseh until it fell dark and got cool. Even saw a bear meander by twice, minding his own business and disappearing into the woods. For a nice family getaway, I can't imagine a better place. And I should mention that Jenn was very gracious and easy to work with.

What a great house & location for our family vacation. House is spacious & clean. Owners were great & very responsive to any questions. Close to all Waterville Valley has to offer. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We loved our stay at your home, the house was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The common areas were perfect for our group to eat and talk about a great day of skiing. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed our time in Waterville Valley. Jenn's house is great. Super clean, easy communication with her, perfect location. What else could ask for? We couldn't figure out how to deal with the heat overnight but nothing major. During the day it wasn't a problem and the house was very warm. The instructions we found in the house were for summer rentals so maybe they forgot to leave instruction for fall-winter rentals. We will be back for sure!!! Highly recommended.

This home is really lovely and was very comfortable for our 3 generation group of 7 adults and 3 young children. The open living/dining/kitchen area is perfect when everyone wants to be together, the screened porch is a retreat, and the downstairs game room will be great for older kids. Bedrooms are all spacious, comfortable and sited for privacy. Kitchen and bathrooms are up-to-date, and everything is spotless. Jenn is a very responsive host and provided good information about the area. We highly recommend this rental and plan to return.
