Great host, secure quiet and clean flat, had everything you need. Easy access to station and the Centre of Paris. Great eating places all around.

We arrived late in the evening and just wanted to rest. The area was extremely noisy all night until 5 or 6 am Cars, motorcycles and people screaming all night just absolutely the worst experience EVER!!!. As we woke up next morning our beds were full of ANTS. Ants in bedroom and kitchen and there was ZERO food in apartment. We immediately reached out to the owner, we provided pictures and videos. Only to receive a response a few ANTS DOESN'T WARRANT A REFUND. We left immediately as the owner offered no assistance or solution for the problem. This location doesn't deserve 1 STAR

The apartment is very close to the metro station making travel to center of Paris very easy. It comes with a parking space in a secure garage, a rarity in Paris. The neighborhood has several stores around, two regular grocery stores and several ethnic stores. It is a multicultural neighborhood, but I thought it was safe. The apartment has two rooms (kitchen + bedroom) and a bathroom. Overall, everything that is necessary is there. The host is very nice and responsive. I appreciated very clear instructions on how to check in.

Overall I had a great time. It is an older apartment, but considering the price, it is not an issue.

The owner was more then helpful: a very kind men. The location of the apartment was good as regarding reaching the public transport. But, the surroundings of the accommodation, the area it was a little suspicious.

The shower cabin is small and the shower-curtain is much too big and was not clean. It was impossible to take a shower without the curtain sticking on oneself. Also the bathroom-carpet was not the cleanest. Each person had only one beach towel and no hand towel. In the kitchen there is only one 4 l pot and a 28 cm pan. So we had to boil the water for tee in the large pot. There was only ONE cup (for 3 persons), 4 large plates, 2 cereal bowls (these we used as cups for the tee) and 4 soup bowls. But there was no knife with which one could cut bread or vegetables. Except of the missing sharp knife, there was plenty of silverware.
