The apartment is near the beaches, has big spaces and a good terrace.

The building is very old, the entrance doesn’t has light on near the street and it’s difficult to see if you come back in night time. The lift is old and uncomfortable. Inside the apartments a bad smell arrives from the bath and the floors weren’t so clean as aspected.

Close proximity to the beach, great area to stay overall if you're traveling to the Riviera region. Not too far to Cinque Terre and also not too far from Genoa. Nice, quiet area. I believe the train station is also nearby the apartment.

Host speaks limited English so communication was a little bit of an issue. Street parking is available but you kinda have to fight for it. Paying €10/person to 'rent' linen & towels was also quite annoying.

Spacious apartment, close to the city centre, beach and railroad station. Helpful and friendly landlady quickly replying to questions over WhatsApp during our stay. Apartment was fairly clean and free parking was possible on the streets - but parking space may be far away and so hard to find we decided not to use cars at all after finding a spot.

Sun shade on the balcony wasn't working so we couldn't sit there during meals. Apartment is located on a main street next to a railway - it was so loud we didn't open windows at night. Thin walls, neighbours and people in other rooms were heard. Kitchen amenities very limited - one knife, one tiny cutting board, one pot; forget about grating parmesan or making locally famous pesto. Kitchen utensils needed to be washed again. Elevator was too small for a baby carriage. We paid ca 1500e for 2 weeks yet they wanted to charge us additionally with small fee for bed linens and (eventual) arrival after 7pm - it is mentioned in the conditions, but leaves a cheap feeling.
