Very spacious apartment, near the beach, with 2 terraces, with AC. Underground parking.

The flat is located next to the main road which is quite noisy.

The location was fantastic, there were great travel links, great space for the family in the apartment and the host was fabulous sending video links of how to get into the property and which apartment it was. It was great to actually see it, not just read it off the booking and go hunting for it or double guessing if it was the right one. The apartment had everything we needed for a good holiday. A fantastic balcony and the sun terrace were well used too. A great holiday apartment.

Being very very picky here but not having cutting knives when trying to cut up veg or meat etc to cook with. They had a great selection of pans etc, it was just trying to cut stuff was tricky. We used the steak knife.

I actually didn't have a stay but the owner wouldn't accept the fact that it was impossible . My family and I could not travel because of the Coronavirus pandemic and travel ban by Spain and the UK. Because the restrictions did not come into force until after the 30 days before my stay (when I was allowed to have my money back if I cancelled) the owner would not accept the fact that it was impossible to travel and would not give me a refund. Although he was happy to chat to me in English when I booked the apartment all his replies about refunds came in Spanish. I asked if he would consider letting me change my booking for another time. He did not answer. All my questions to the owner were sent through booking.com who failed to do anything about it. Before I was due to arrive on a flight that had been cancelled weeks before he bombarded me with emails about how to check in easily and where to meet him when I arrived. I think his actions are despicable underhand and out of order. I would recommend that anyone thinking of booking this apartment should think again

Fantastic location, so close to beach and local amenities. Train is 200m away. Everything was amazing. So so good. And the icing on the cake Juan did absolutely everything he could for us even in 4 hours notice as we had to book last minute!! Couldn’t say enough good things about here!! We will definitely book again. Highly recommended
