Cet appartement rénové de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est situé à l'intérieur des remparts médiévaux de la vieille ville d'Annecy, juste devant la porte Perrière, l'entrée la plus proche du lac d'Annecy. Réparti sur 92 m², il est aménagé pour accueillir 6 personnes.
La déco a des touches contemporaines funky et il y a des références subtiles aux cygnes mentionnés dans le nom de l'appartement, que vous rencontrerez certainement au bout de la rue sur les canaux et le lac d'Annecy. Les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a beaucoup d'espace de stockage, et une grande cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon.

We stayed with our family (cousins) - 6 people between 19 and 33 years old and we had the most amazing and relaxing time! The property is perfectly located and well stocked with many surrounding restaurants and shops. The lake is beautiful and a stones throw away. Laurent was incredible! So welcoming and accommodating. He met us on arrival, helped with parking, provided clear instructions and was always keen to help with recommendations / assistance. We would definitely stay again and would recommend for stays for all ages / types! Thank you Laurent!

What an incredible place to have our family reunion with people coming from Australia, Montpellier and Zurich. Everything from prearrival to meeting us in person was of an excellent high standard. Thank you so much to Laurent for having us at this lovely property. It is incredibly located in the middle of the old town of Annecy, just over the bridge from the charming Christmas markets and around the corner from the lake. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for our little family, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Host Laurent was very accommodating, even helping us with some difficult travel issues that affected our booking, and he provided some great recommendations. We would love to stay again.

We had a magnificent stay at Swansdoor from the beginning to the end. The location of the apartment was perfect, it was well fitted out with all you would need (including a washer and dryer) and the village was beautiful. Laurent was very responsive to all communications, he has considered all aspects for ensuring a great stay. There is an actual dedicated car parking spot within walking distance. The only thing to consider are the stairs to reach the apartment but it worth the climb for the chance to stay,

Three couples stayed for 2 nights. Wonderful location and excellent common area. Beds and linens were great. Hosts were efficient and welcoming. Parking convenient.

The apartment is in the heart of the old part of Annecy and if you enjoy ice cream it is directly above a great little shop with amazing flavours. Laurent, the host, was fantastic, kind and very easy to communicate with. He is also extremely knowledgeable of the area and can recommend many things. We had difficulty getting to Annecy and he was very accommodating with how many times our itinerary changed. There is lots to do in and around Annecy and the apartment could easily accommodate 6 people. The only set back is it has no ac but there are multiple fans which helped.

We loved staying here as it was right in the heart of Annecy but you could escape all the crowds. The place was really relaxing and comfortable and Laurent was a great host. I think we wouldn’t have enjoyed being in Annecy so much if we had stayed somewhere else. We loved the history of the place as well.

This is a very special place, which the host has lovingly restored and decorated to a turnkey and highly appealing level. Incredible combination of modern amenities in a special and centuries old building with charm and character. The host is terrific: friendly, responsive, and a real people-person. No negatives at all, but it’s important that people coming to Annecy understand that the heart of the old city is a bustling and alive hive of activity. It is not quiet, and a peaceful quiet sleep requires closing the windows (which are double-paned and very effective). The included parking is a great perk, but up a steep hill a few hundred yards away. Overall, if you want to stay in a truly unique location right in the middle of all the old city has to offer — this is as good as it gets.

It's a beautiful apartment in the heart of old town. While the general hubbub of people going by in the summer can be quite loud in the evening, the windows are completely soundproof when closed! It's a perfect location to use as a home base to explore Annecy.

A wonderful location to be in the hustle and bustleof the city. Took advantage of the bus to head to Talloires and the beach at Veyrier du Lac. Favortie restaurant while here was La Cabane, juste down the street, fresh, options for vegans and great tasting. Great accomodations for our stay!

Wonderful space in a very charming location right in the middle of the town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and one of the best farmer's markets we've been to anywhere. The lake and the outlet river through the town are gorgeous. Bike ride around the lake is wonderful. Laurent was helpful and available as our host. The place was clean and well equiped while being authentic in character. Highly recommended.
