Unsafe for young children and damp issue throughout main house. The photos are flattering and don't reflect reality. We arrived at this property with our toddler and baby and found the property to be so unsafe and disappointing that we left 10 minutes later - something no parent does lightly when it’s dinner and bedtime and getting dark! The issues are as follows: House: The house is dated and smelt of damp. The view is nice but two of the bedrooms are separated from the main body of the house in the basement and dark with the kind of damp that suggests an underlying problem, certainly coming out of winter. Our main issue however was with regards to safety. There is an entire staircase with no hand rail and if one of our children had fallen off of it on to the hard floor, goodness knows how it would have ended. The pool is also straight out the front door and totally unguarded.  Nowhere is any of this described. Along with the damp, we consider this property totally unsafe for children and are incredibly upset that it is still marketed to cover this age group.  Terrible Road - narrow with deep pot holes and is exceptionally steep and a switchback road. It is incredibly hard work for 8-10 minutes to get up the road and very easy to damage your car. 

A wonderful quite place with a big pool and whirlpool, and a terrace surrounded by a Mediterranean garden & olive trees, where you can enjoy and relax by overlooking The Valley of Camaiore. Only a few minutes away from/to Lido di Camaiore. The house is charmingly and with great taste/style furnished and the kitchen is well equipped and we felt very much welcomed from the first minute. The last meters to the house are steep but doable. TI ringraziamo tanto Gabriele for the great hospitality - you were a great host and made our stay unforgettable. The house was nice and clean. The pool was perfect. The view was amazing. The road to the house is a challenge, but the host warned us in time, and guided us perfectly.

The villa is located on the hillside with an amazing view from the terrace and windows. Very tastefully decorated. Has 4 bedrooms (2 with outside entrances), each with bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, everything you may need to prepare a meal. Exclusive swimming pool. Basicly everything you need for a great holiday. Very nice and hospitable owner - Gabriel! You only need to be aware that the last 200-250m of the road to the villa is quite steep with sharp bends - but no doubt - drivable.
