Beautiful tiled & heated swimmingpool, gym with high quality equipment, spacious apartment (2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms one with jacuzzi bath, with living room and balcony enabled us to relax. Balcony overlooked the inner courtyard with plenty of plants hanging from all balconies which was very pretty to look at. Kitchen well equipped there was even a bottle of organic olive oil and coffee machine as well. Very good WiFi and TV has Netflix. Two elevators. Very friendly and helpful receptionists and housekeepers. Everywhere was always super clean. Plants in the lobby & a guest lounge. Beautiful location in the Venice Quarter with canals & boats. Some embassies around the corner. Ab abundance of very good restaurants, shops & Cafes within walking distance. The property is very safe. Front gate is opened with guests key. Everything seems to be designed with the guest’s comfort in mind.

Junior suite offerta in upgrade gratuito, appartamento nuovo molto confortevole, caldo e dotato di ogni comfort, dal caffè espresso all'acqua in omaggio, oltre a minibar fornito di tutto. Posizione molto carina nel quartiere Venezia, caratteristico e popolato da locali. Piscina relax eccezionale, fruibile a tutte le ore, calda sia fuori che dentro l'acqua, davvero rilassante e bella. Servizio eccezionale con personale disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta. Accortisi dalla prenotazione che era il giorno del mio compleanno, mi hanno offerto una bottiglia di prosecco in regalo con tanto di noccioline e patatine! Colazione con prodotti sani e di qualità, con giusta varietà. Prezzo più che adeguato rispetto al servizio ricevuto. Complimenti.

Everything! Staff, pool, hot tub, sauna, location is beautiful, pizza in the area was lovely, chocolates on the pillows, a choice of drinks in the fridge or wine to purchase, lovely rooms. Most perfect stay before our flight home to end our very busy weekend trip to Pisa and Florence. Very clean and tidy areas. We had the pool vertically to ourselves and was warm and had jets too so it was very relaxing after so much sightseeing.

We had some issues with hot tub heating up and hot water with the shower but I'm sure this was a one off, everyone was so helpful and sorted the issues as soon as they could. Very friendly staff. We literally loved our stay here. Would love to come back. Many thanks

The staff at Agave in Citta are simply amazing, especially Camila who was a dream to communicate with on a number of logistical issues prior, during and after our stay- so friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the historical "Little Venice" area of Livorno, just beautiful and we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. Our Junior suite w/balcony was lovely & spacious, some rooms even have their own private jacuzzi! Having a small gym, pool & sauna on-site was also a huge bonus. We will for sure be back, you won't regret staying here!

Un posto incantevole, trovato oer caso e merita davvero. Curato in ogni particolare. Ti senti subito a casa. Pulizia impeccabile , gentilezza e attenzione dai parte del personale davvero super. E per finire una colazione davvero super soddisfacente.

Posteggio non super comodo e non vicino se si ha un bagaglio pesante. Per scaricare ci si può arrivare davanti ma alla partenza con la pioggia non proprio comodissimo ...ma ne valeva comunque la pena.

Sehr zentrale Lage im Venedig genanntem Ortsteil mit vielen leckeren Restaurants und Kanälen vor dem Fenster. Auch zur Innenstadt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil war, dass das Parkhaus ca. 600 m entfernt lag. Dieses wiederum war aber bewacht und gut beleuchtet. Aus- und Einladen von Gepäck war direkt vor dem Hotel möglich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Il luogo: è la zona più affascinante di Livorno. La grande gentilezza e disponibilità di chi è alla reception. Lo spazio, ristrutturato con molta cura.

Stayed at a penthouse with two large balconies with a beautiful view over the roofs. Location is quite peaceful despite of traffic nearby. Features included two hot tubs, both in the bathroom and on the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, in a very nice room. The staff was professional and friendly. Many restaurants nearby. Short walk to everywhere.

Beds were slightly too hard. Cleaning could have been a bit more careful. Some spots of mould found from the bathroom tiles.

Wir waren in einem 2-Zimmer-Appartment, mit Stadtblick, Küchenzeile, Sofa, Schlafzimmer für eine Nacht, um morgens eine Fähre zu nehmen. Flußläufig zum Fährhafen, grosszügig, in der Küche gab es Olivenöl, Salz, Espressokapsen, Minibar war gut ausgestattet, sauber, einladend zum sofort wohl fühlen.

Mehr indirekte Beleuchtung und mehr Steckdosen in Bettnähe wären schön.

We stayed here, as many probably will, in advance of a ferry trip. The greeting we got at the front desk was warm and gracious. Our ship was leaving too early so boxes of breakfast pastries, fruit and drinks were brought to our apartment the night before. The apartment was HUGE! High ceilings and lovely amenities. Great location with several fun restaurants just steps away. Highly recommend.

Staff is very friendly, the environment is peaceful, every detail a traveler needs is considered. The common areas are clean and beautiful. The apartment is luxurious. I look forward to visiting one of their other properties on my next Italy.

A super stay for us in livorno. A very big appartment with a nice balcony on the street side (only appartment with a street view balcony). A good bed and very nice bathroom. Also the location is very well in the city and close to a cheap parking (stp - 8eu per 24h) - 400m walk -. The staff was super friendly and the pool with sauna and gym are recommended.
