Off you’re going to visit Cooperstown and you don’t value the $5 continental breakfast made of starch, fat and powdered eggs that you can get at the big chain hotels for a resort fee secretly passed on to you…. Then this is the place! Full kitchen, nice quiet spot with off street parking. You can’t go wrong, and you can use the full kitchen to make your own home cooked meals!

We had a great time and this Vrbo was perfect for us. It’s walkable to the town and the Hall of Fame. The property manager got back to us promptly when we had a question. The unit was comfortable, clean, and updated.

We were in town for the weekend to see our son play at Doubleday Field and this spot was perfect. We did walk everywhere! The apartment was cute and clean plus had the little extras like books, games, and coffee available. We enjoyed morning walks to Schneider's Bakery and coffee at Stagecoach Coffee.

My mom and I just enjoyed three nights in this lovely apartment. Everything was spotless and the host was very communicative and accommodating.
The bed/bedding is super comfortable; the living room is modern, fun and comfortable;
the kitchen is adorable and stocked with essentials; the bathroom has nice toiletries, soft towels, and a fabulous waterfall shower.
The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, the hospital and pharmacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay in this updated first floor apartment. The owner did a great job remodeling this older home and providing everything needed for a great stay! We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and it checked all of our boxes.

-Bed is comfortable and linens/towels are soft
-Easy check-in/check-out
-Great location
-Lots of ways to keep temperature comfortable
-Well stocked but not cluttered
-Lots of storage (not all is shown in the photos)
As an added bonus, we love when there are plenty of hooks and a full length mirror, and this rental had both. We arrived late and enjoyed just being able to walk over to the pizza place since we weren't familiar with the area yet. Thanks for everything!

This VRBO rental process was easy and the unit itself was wonderful! The communications between us and the owners was always prompt and clear. We had no problems at all checking in the unit. It was located just minutes from the downtown area we wanted to spend time. The unit was spotless, well decorated and had a FANTASTIC MATTRESS! We slept like logs all four nights. Even though it sitson a busy street, we heard very little traffic after 10 pm. Our host provided excellent hospitality via text messages. We weren't able to meet facebto face but that didn't matter. I HIGHLY recommend this unit if staying in Cooperstown, NY.

The property was wonderful. My problem is with Vrbo and its communications. I had difficulty using codes and they had difficulty with my password, this made it impossible to communicate with property manager.

We loved the property! We are from Northern Ontario, Canada travelling for my husbands 50th birthday. The owners were pleasant, the property was perfect, we were able to park the car and walk wherever we wanted to go. Would highly recommend!!

Stayed at this place while our son was playing in Cooperstown. Close to Dreams Park (10 min drive). Very close to downtown Cooperstown (within walking distances). Pizza shop on the corner was very good. Home was very clean and had everything you needed. Towels, sheets, coffee, even an extra toothbrush in case you forgot one. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the fact it had a washer/dryer…owners even left detergent!!! Would definitely stay again.

To start off the space is super clean. Decorated cute as a button & had everything needed for a long weekend. Door side parking & a short stroll to everything in town. Totally recommend this one for a visit to Cooperstown. We walked everywhere!

We enjoyed our stay at this location during a baseball tournament weekend. It was very convenient to walking downtown and even down to the water for boat tours. Montell was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and we would recommend this apartment to other guests looking for a place near the heart of Cooperstown.

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was pristine in cleanliness (which we are very picky about) and accommodating in every way. Walking distance or short car ride to everything needed. Loved the on-site laundry in the foyer…we didn’t even have to leave to have fresh clothes! The host was very helpful and got back to us within minutes of texting clarifying questions. Thank you so much for awesome hospitality and a reasonable price.

Great location with a vintage house vi be. Park at the door. Kitchen was well stocked. Cons: window AC filter needed changing. Mattress was poor. An upgraded mattress would make this a much better rental. Would rent it again with the upgrades.

Baseball Tournament brought us to Cooperstown. Montel could not be more easy to communicate with! Our accommodations were perfect! Very comfortable & clean! It had everything you could possibly need! We walked everywhere! Such a Beautiful town! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much again!

In town for a week for Cooperstown Dreamspark Tournament, and this place was absolutely perfect for me, my wife and 9 year old.
Location is perfect, less than 10 min drive to Dreamspark, and half mile walk, or 1 minute drive to downtown… HOF/Restaurants/Lake etc.
Bed and pillows were top of the line memory foam, we slept great every night.
Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Communication was stellar from the owners. They were extremely engaged with every question or comment.
Included twin foam mattress fits perfectly on the futon couch, and our 10 year old slept great every night.
Large smart TVs in both living room and bedroom, we were able to sign in and stream with no issues. I worked remotely a couple of days and the WiFi was very reliable.
Highly recommend the property if you’re in for baseball, or just to visit downtown Cooperstown.
Just a great and comfortable week for my family.

This is a terrific place to stay in Cooperstown. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of restaurants, the MLB Hall of Fame and the Farmers Museum. The apartment was easy to find. It was spotless and well equipped. It worked very well for our family of 4. The host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely return.

This property is as advertised. Convenient to Doubleday Field in Cooperstown and baseball Hall of Fame. Comfortable bed. The pull out couch is the only soft furniture in the place and not great for watching television. On the other hand, the oversize television was a plus. Glen Avenue is a very busy road and a major thorough fare. Lots of traffic noise during the day but not much at night.

We rented this condo for a week while our son played in a baseball tournament. The location is great for access to both the baseball complex and downtown Cooperstown. The unit is pretty small, but worked for our family of 4 (kids age 8 and 11) as our kids slept in the living room on the pull out couch and a mattress provided by the owner. Bathroom is small which was the only negative. Bed and pillows were also much firmer than my wife and I like so if you prefer softer I would bring your own. All in all a good spot to explore Cooperstown—better than a hotel room for sure!

This was the perfect apartment for our annual Cooperstown getaway. My husband and I are originally from the area and visit every year for our anniversary. The apartment is charming, immaculate, and within walking distance to main street and Otsego Lake. The Marras were wonderful hosts and gave us some great suggestions of restaurants and attractions we had yet not tried. Book this rental- a home away from home- you won't be disappointed!

This property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Our youngest son was participating in a baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. My husband, older son (14 yrs old), and myself, stayed in this property and loved it. We were only about a 10 minute drive from the baseball fields, and an easy 5 minute walk to downtown Cooperstown.

What a lovely little apartment for our family of 3 while we were in Cooperstown for a Field of Dreams Camp!
The space comfortably held our family of 3 for sleeping for a long week; although it was a romantic retreat while our son stayed at the fields mid-week! I loved the separation of the bedroom from the living room, so I could enjoy a coffee while my husband could sleep in.
We also hosted several larger dinners with up to 7 of us in the space cooking, socializing, and eating. The kitchen is a full kitchen with what I needed to make meals.
Everything we wanted to see or needed was walking distance from the apartment - a grocery, a large pharmacy, Main Street, the Hall of Fame, the Lake, the Cooperstown Distillery, and a tasty pizza joint. Plus the neighborhood was great for runs and walks. We were about a 7 minutes drive from the Cooperstown Dream Fields for our son's games.
The hosts were responsive and friendly to all questions, as well as respectful of our privacy.
We highly recommend this apartment for your Cooperstown stay.

This was a perfect little appartment for my husband and me while my son was playing baseball! It is a short, 5 minute walk to downtown Cooperstown, 30 minute drive to All-Star Village and a 10 minute drive to Glimmerglass State Park.
Cute facility and the owners quickly answered my pre-arrival questions.
