Very quiet and peaceful. Distance from Ubud center not an issue. Hotel shuttle plus inexpensive private taxis made life easy.

Obviously an Indonesian way of doing things but didn't like how a la carte breakfast was delivered all at once. Getting hot food at same time as cereal, fruit etc. was not appreciated.

It’s very peaceful. Staff are very special and they make a huge difference. Beds and mattress was excellent and rooms very quite.

Location is a bit remote and facilities were generally average. Breakfast included but arrived cold both days (eggs). We were also charged excessively for milk we requested and without notification of charge either.

it was such a quiet and nice place, rice terrace close by. The pool area was just beautiful and the staff in the restaurant was the sweetest. the shuttle that goes in to the city center was convenient but did not go as often as needed.

1. The shuttle to Ubud city centre is not regular and available only once or twice a day. One needs to order a cab to reach the city centre. 2. Our bathroom had a wierd smell. The toiletries quality was average. The room and bed were comfortable and spacious with a nice balcony 3. There was a choice of only 1 or 2 tea bags in the room, but I got a few on request from restaurant.

lovely resort located amongst greenery and tranquil surroundings . staff were extremely accomodating of our specific needs. Restaurant on site serves a good range of dishes that are well priced and nicely prepared. They were also able to accomodate for my husband’s dietary needs. we had a short 3 night weekend stay and we were upgraded to the Royal villa, which was a lovely surprise. as it was a short visit to Bali, I had arranged for a day trip as well as a Balinese cooking class. we had the same driver for the entirety of the trip and Agung was very friendly and informative. the resort also surprised us with special desserts and a flower decoration upon knowledge that it was our wedding anniversary. overall great weekend.

only minor note- I had a very good massage at the spa there. I also booked a facial , which I did not enjoy as the facial made my skin extremely dry and itchy.

omg this hotel is so so nice, great if you’re looking to zone off and get away from the busy Bali life we spent our last night here and could of gone for more!! we did yoga and had the best massage, the pool is amazing, rooms are amazing, Beds are amazing staff are incredible polite and nothing is too much! would stay again in a heartbeat

it would of been cool if the shuttle ran more often

First of all the staff was incredible, always caring if our stay was good and if we need anything. The hotel has a concierge service just a WatsApp message away. The rooms are spacious and very very clean. Breakfast is very good and tasty. It is 10 minutes away from the centre by scooter but it's localization is great for relaxing and being out of crowded places.

Don't really have negative points to share.

Everything we wanted and more. The room was huge and the balcony overlooked the rainforest as advertised. Super clean, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom (with really good water pressure) The staff were BEYOND welcoming... hospitality was off the charts. The spa facilities were unreal and the restaurant was lovely too. Breakfasts were a highlight...smoothie bowls are a must have! I'd definitely love to go back.

Everything was great. Only minor thing is maybe more umbrellas by the pool. There were only 2 and so if you were a sun lounger without cover, the sun could be brutal

Breakfast was great, we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. Food at the restaurant in general is very good. We had really nice weather so we could enjoy the pool. Also, we booked a driver through them for a couple of tours. Pande, our driver was amazing!

Just a great place all in all! Food and drinks were amazing too. Staff helped with any small needs along the stay really fast and efficient!

The staff was friendly, accommodating and did their utmost to make sure our stay was of the highest quality.

I wish there was a gym or daily yoga although did provide yoga several times and had a morning walking tour which I appreciated.

I had to move room 2 times because of the roof leaking and then a burst water pipe. The staff were helpful in moving me and offering me a new room and then an upgrade. the air conditioner in my first room went hot and cold a lot and I didn’t sleep very well.
