Church View is located a few steps away from Trearddur Bay. The house is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you may need for a family holiday, including a fully kitted out kitchen, books and toys for your kids as well as bowls for your pet! Wifi was great, next time we would consider working remotely from the house for a longer period. Amanda and Pete were amazing hosts, they clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the house, and me and my partner, my two younger brothers, and both parents really enjoyed our stay there. We had a BBQ one of the days which was a great thing to do on the outdoor terrace, and there was even windbreakers, camping chairs and beach toys for children in the shed - meaning we were able to enjoy a day at the beach without worrying about having to bring anything ourselves. Truly an amazing find on Booking.com that makes you feel like you're stepping into a home (not just a short-term rental).

We can't fault anything. Check in was super easy, everything was as described. If anything, Church View exceeded our expectations.

The property had everything we could need. The extras for the kids were very much appreciated. It was beautifully presented and a stones throw away from the beach. Great value for money.

Property is lovely and clearly loved. Beds comfortable and water hot. Kitchen well stocked. Great position. Will go back.

Only issue is the property is advertised as having 2 bathrooms. However there is only 1, which is very nice with bath, separate shower, basin and wc. There is also a ground floor wc and basin - which is not a 2nd bathroom. We had invited another couple expecting a bathroom each. Fortunately they pulled out else would have been a little difficult. Apart from this all our expectations were met.

it was a lovely property. it had everything you need. very fully equipped. very clean and tidy. loved the seaside theme. location was superb, so close to the beach. would definitely recommend this property. thanks for a lovey stay.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from the beach and some great walks. Restaurants and the local shop were easily reached. The house has a nice courtyard garden and plenty of space. We were 2 couples and a baby and lots of kid friendly facilities, high chair, little table and chairs, toys etc. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and overall was very comfortable. 1 double , 1 twin room- beds were comfortable..did not use the bunk beds but a cot was provided for the baby. Good to have a second toilet downstairs.

Some areas could have been cleaner...the high chair was really grubby , the floors in areas had not been swept and the microwave had not been cleaned. The rest of the house was fine. The bathroom was spacious but not the shower, it is very small and not very powerful... ( I am a size 8 and found it very claustrophobic! ) . There is a shower hose over the bath which would be better for anyone a little larger than average !

The house was very clean, with a lovely seaside theme, it is well equipped with every kitchen item you could think of, it is very family orientated and kids are well thought of, a good selection of adult and children's games, books and videos including everything you may need for the beach. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The hosts provided great communication.

The sofas need replacing as are well worn and deflated but other than that the furnish is of a good standard.

I booked the Church View for 3 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave. The house literally is a home from home and has everything you’ll need. The location is brilliant, 2 minute walk to the beach. Already looking to book for next year. Would recommend this place to everyone!
