Food was excellent. Good selection for breakfast, snacks and evening. Staff are very helpful. Facilities are kept clean. Driver service is good.

Lack of suitcase stand means suitcases are on the floor. Tiles around pool are lethal when wet.

The room was spacious, clean and beautiful with big veranda. The staff was making everything to make me feel good and comfortable. They even let me do late check out. The administrator was really helpful and supportive. All staff members from the guard to chef, waiters and cleaners provided good service and did their job really great. Food was tasty. Everything was top level. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect

All the staff is very friendly. Patrick is very kind, helpful and its service is great. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat very well (not local food unfortunately). The breakfast is rich and delicious. The chef is great. The room is very big and with a large terrace.

We had some trouble some nights with the dog barking, but the staff managed to solve the issue. I suggest some maintenance to keep the hotel in good shape.

great place in diani. it’s not on the beach but usually you pay more for such accommodation and not sure if it’s necessary. this place was close enough to everything.

Seaclusion is more like a large family home than a hotel. Rooms are huge with a desk, sitting area and balcony. Free wifi works well and the owner or manager can help you with transportation, COVID testing etc. You can order dinner and will never be disappointed. The pool is beautiful and so clean. I always return to Seaclusion when I’m in the area.

The level of service from the staff is fantastic. We were so well cared for by every single person.

We stayed in penthouse and it was amazing! Room was really spacious and comfortable.

Water in the outdoor Jacuzzi was a bit dirty. It would be good to change water before new guests arrive. There is also few small things to fix that didn't affect the accommodation, but may affect someones overall picture of the hotel.

Excellent air conditioning which allowed for a cool night's sleep. Quality cotton sheets and amazing soft pillows. A beautiful room with a view and a large balcony terrace. Huge massage shower was good but took a few mishaps to work it out! Very good soups made by the chef. Lovely pool.

No fridge in the room and no milk or milk powder to add to the coffee or tea supplied. You can order a jug of milk.

Very clean and friendly staff always ready to help. The manager was great always checking on us. Great food and loaction its close to the beach. Cozy atmosphere.
