We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and clean condo. Especially the balcony get a gorgeous view. We appreciated the support of the Co-Host Robert! That was definitely not our last stay in this condo.

This 4th floor oceanfront condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The oceanfront balcony is perfect. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing vacation spot, this is it! Publix is across the street as well as several restaurants. Entire Seawinds Condo complex is very safe feeling.

This is without a doubt, the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in! To say it was well equipped would be an understatement! There was everything from a port-a-crib to beach chairs, beach towels and even beach tents! It was immaculately clean and can you say…location, location location! I missed falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing when we got home. Robert communicated with me before and during our stay and was super responsive to any questions. My husband and I both agree….we would give this condo and host a 20 on a scale of 1-10!

We loved the location of this condo! It's close to restaurants and attractions, and the beach was not overly crowded. The condo is exactly as advertised. The only improvement would be to add some room darkening curtains in the primary bedroom for guests who'd like to sleep in while on vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is exactly what it said it was. Clean and very convenient to most anywhere . We have stayed at Seawind 4 times now and have always enjoyed our stays . Every condo has been been very nice! We will definitely be back!!

We loved our trip to Ormond Beach and our stay in The Sandpiper condo made it even better! The condo was beautiful, the host was attentive, and we had the most wonderful view of the beach.

We enjoyed 2 fabulous weeks in this beautiful condo. Our adult children and grandchild joined us the first week. This condo feels like home away from home. Views are spectacular, and we enjoyed the family friendly area. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Location and condo itself were very nice. Instructions on how to enter unit given by owner were confusing and contradictory (2 different codes). Building was undergoing work by R&J Coatings. This was disappointing and we were not advised by owner beforehand.

Pete was very helpful regarding minor issues we encountered in condo. One issue that wasn't resolved was there was no access to the pool bathrooms. The onsite manager was never seen in the office. Every guest had to leave the pool area and go back to their unit to use the bathroom.

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and quiet. Had everything we needed. No problems whatsoever. Will stay here again when back to Ormond By The Sea.

Lovely condo
A friend and I stayed here. We were very happy with the accommodations. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (except for toilet paper!). Grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Loved our daily beach walks.
Minor problem addressed quickly by manager.
Definitely would stay here again. Probably will reserve soon for next year.

Perfect!
Absolutely perfect. From the beautiful interior to the awesome sunrises and ocean view, I could not have been blessed more. The only odd thing was a lady telling me to be quiet one early morning as I watched the sunrise. She was on the ground, 4 floors below, in the house north of the condo building. My friend and I were talking but we were only talking in our normal voices. There has to be a sound tunnel for her to say we were being loud. The waves crashing were louder than we were. Made me giggle a bit and we did then start whispering even though it seemed silly. You’ll love this place if you choose it! I hope to be able to return next year.

Nice visit in Daytona Beach
Nice, quick beach vacation in addition to attending my nephew’s graduation. Owner was accommodating when an extra family joined us at the last minute. Much appreciated. Lovely ocean view from balcony.
(P.S. - needed more TP, overhead light out in the Mstr shower room)

Looks good.. BUT
Unit has most things needed for a family stay. Had to buy toilet paper!!! Unit was relatively clean but surfaces near light switches, the floors and light fixtures were not as clean as expected. You could not see out of any of the windows… dirty and encased in condensation. The sliding glass door opened but very dirty and heavy. Beds were ok, but had sleeper indents. Unit had a distinct used smell. Had to buy a candle and spray to help alleviate the smell. Worst part was dealing with manager when we brought the issues up. Rather than offering or being part of a solution, he was rude and tried to use bullying tactics to intimidate. I was very glad my husband and mother were with me when he showed up at the door. Would rent in this building again, but not this unit. Met people next door who also rent out their unit.. wonderful people who attested to the inconsistencies perpetuated by the unit manager.

Great Beach Getaway
Stayed here for a long weekend and the condo was clean and comfortable. There was an ample supply of everything for our short stay, might have needed to buy a few items (not a lot) if staying for a week. The sliding glass door to the balcony has an unusually high threshold. Be careful. You will get used to it. The pool was warm. Great ocean views. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The entrance to the complex could use more lighting at night. Excellent communication with host. Overall great experience. Would stay again.

Unit 405 was wonderful. Direct ocean front, everything we needed to feel at home. A little short on paper products, but learned that what we had, was all that was required. Convenient location. Property is well maintained.

Awesome Place!!!
The condo was beautiful and most importantly the property contact, Peter, was awesome and responded to my questions so quickly!! The pool was perfectly warm; the environment was quiet and perfect for relaxing! It is a close walk to several stores, Dunkin’ and other places! The underground garage was a plus! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We have stayed in this area for 16 years, this is the best place by far!! It is very low key and relaxing. The condo was clean and well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. We will stay here from now on!

Very nice condo
Overall we had a great vacation at the condo. Peter was very helpful with questions and assisted us in finding a place to park our trailer while we were there. The only problem we had was the hot water did not stay hot for very long and we were not able to have friends over to swim. There were multiple families on vacation together staying in three different buildings because we could not get all together. The kids wanted to swim together and we had to keep telling them no. I wish there was a way to work this out, especially if parents are there to watch them and if we were not taking over the pool. The pool was only being used by multiple families at a time so there was plenty of room. The condo was very clean, spacious and the washer and dryer was very helpful. We enjoyed our vacation, thank you!

Great Condo
Very clean and comfortable condo. Love that this is an end unit with an extra side window. Amazing views. Well stocked! My only comment is the pool is fully shaded by the building by 2pm which is a bummer, but the pool is nice and it was never difficult to get a chair by the pool. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
