The unit was a little dated but was very comfortable.

The stairs were very steep and a lot of them but the view was very good

A large spacious apartment in the older end of Kingscliff. A lovely sunny morning aspect overlooking the beach. A large king sized and very comfy bed. Well equiped with all we needed. A short drive to the shops.

the crockery and kitchen equipment while being plentiful was a bit of a mixture. some smaller bowls and kitchen scissors would have been nice. The clothes drier was out of action while we were there.

We liked the location being close to the beach and close to town. We also liked the large size of the apartment.

We did not like that the apartment was up 6 flights of stairs on the third floor, there was no heating, it was not ready at check in time, it was dirty, there was not sufficient cutlery or cooking supplies, the staff arranged for a TV to be installed during our stay but then did not follow through with the delivery and left it up to us to manage, the staff was unreachable by phone and email, and the previous tenants came to collect their belongings that they left behind.

Kitchen had everything except a potato peeler may also want to consider providing face washers few minor cleaning issues when we arrived which I spoke to someone about

The location, it was well within walking distance to the township.

Location. Large apartment. Clean.

Missed a dish washer. Didn’t realise we were top floor & had to negotiate stairs. Our disabled friend was unable to visit us.

Had everything we needed, the apartment was spacious and we loved having laundry and cooking facilities. Good location.

The only thing missing was a hairdryer

There was only half a roll of toilet paper available.

I'm always cautious when a property has only a few reviews - but everyone has to start somewhere - no fears with this property - genuine listing exactly as pics show = Fantastic location - you know your close to the beach when you can both see and hear the waves - very clean and roomy apartment - great balcony view - fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater - only 2 min drive from woolworths, cafes/bars/chemist etc -

There was nothing we didn't like - we had the top floor apartment number 11 - had to go up 3 sets of stairs - but worth it for the view over the ocean from the balcony - the stairs actually give a little exercise to burn off that extra holiday food :) which cannot be a bad thing

Well set up with appliances and consumables.

When we arrived at 3pm unit had not been serviced, staff arranged and had it serviced by 5.30 pm to a high standard.
