The kitchen was fully equipped and had a dishwasher. We used two of the three bedrooms and they were large and roomy. The beds were firm, but incredibly comfortable. There were also lots of linens and towels easily available if we needed more. The house had large tv which made watching a movie together at night really convenient. There was also a washer and dryer which was very helpful since we got some unexpectedly hot weather. And the location was great-- quiet neighborhood, lots of space between neighbors, and less than a 30 minute drive to most places on Mount Desert Island!

The appliances could be updated a bit since they were older (washer, dryer, and dishwasher) but they still worked and served their purpose. There is carpeting throughout the house (aside from the kitchen and bathroom) which was a little inconvenient coming in and going out so as to not track in dirt and debris.

Great house, clean and comfortable. Feels like home. The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils. The room with sofa bed was small but the bed was very comfy. Located in a quiet neighborhood that's far from others but close enough to Acadia national park.

Has only one bathroom and the toilet sometimes got clogged. Fortunately we managed to unclog it with plunger by ourselves. Be mindful that many seasonings in the kitchen are expired so better bring your own.

It would be even better if there was 1 more half bathroom.
