EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT !!!! Oak Street Retreat borde le complexe exclusif King and Prince qui comprend St. SEUL restaurant en bord de mer de Simon, ECHO! En plus de servir trois repas par jour, ECHO possède également un bar spacieux et de la musique live occasionnelle. Également à une courte distance de marche, vous pourrez déguster des plats de l'île, le Crab Trap, le Crabdaddy’s et le Beachcomber BBQ. Vous trouverez également le magasin de location de matériel et de vélos de plage local, Ocean Motion, au coin de la rue. La plage est à quelques 200 mètres de la porte d'entrée.
Notre retraite peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et jusqu'à 8 si un lit double et un canapé-lit queen sont utilisés.
Parlons de la maison de ville! En entrant, vous trouverez un salon en bas avec un canapé-lit queen, un lit double séparé et une télévision de 43 pouces. Une chambre queen avec salle de bain complète est également au premier niveau. Ce niveau fait une grande suite de grands-parents ou une zone pour enfants!
Montez un escalier jusqu'au niveau principal où vous trouverez une cuisine spacieuse ouverte sur la table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Quatre tabourets de bar fournissent des sièges supplémentaires dans la cuisine. Au-delà de la cuisine et de la salle à manger, se trouve le salon avec un canapé sectionnel confortable. Parfait pour les siestes paresseuses de l'après-midi! Au-dessus du foyer, vous trouverez un téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces pour votre plaisir de visionnement. Sortez par les portes coulissantes et savourez votre café du matin ou votre cocktail du soir sur la nouvelle terrasse. Une demi-salle de bain est également située au niveau principal.
Montez encore un escalier et vous trouverez deux autres chambres. Un avec un lit King et un placard, l'autre avec un lit Queen et un placard. Chaque chambre à l'étage dispose d'un ensemble de 2 lavabos connectés (4 lavabos au total), ainsi que d'une douche et de toilettes communes. La chambre King a une terrasse attachée. Une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur sont situées au dernier étage, si vous devez faire la lessive pendant vos vacances.
Nous avons de nombreux équipements supplémentaires à vous offrir à Oak Street Retreat. * L'équipement de plage, y compris les chaises, la tente, les jouets, le skim board et un chariot de plage pour transporter votre équipement jusqu'à la plage sont fournis. De plus, deux vélos adultes sont inclus.

Perfect place for our family. Loved everything about condo. Close to beach, bicycles, beach supplies. Great place!! You'll love it! Don't tell but we also had easy time "sneaking" into the King and Prince pools (on way to the beach)...JK

We loved the property!!! It had ample room for our group of seven, is well decorated, and has all the amenities you need to be very comfortable. It also has bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and other beach equipment for kids and teens. The property is also very close to the beach, only a five minute walk away. Finally, our hosts were very responsive questions we had when we arrived. Overall we had a great time and look forward to coming back again in the future!

We were looking for a location that met our personal needs for beds and etc. We also knew that we wanted to eat at the Crab Trap at least once - this condo is literally a block away. The home was clean and comfortable. Although tightly nested in the trees and surrounding homes, this place had sufficient parking for the two vehicles and the amenities met all our needs. We would consider this location again when in the area for our next event.

Everything about this property is first class, from the property manager (Suzanne) to the property itself. It’s is the perfect beachside getaway. This was our 3rd stay at at Oak Street Retreat and it won’t be our last!!

We stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing time. We have been visiting the island for 45 years and have stayed many places including the Grand, Beach Club and the King and Prince. We found this condo to be ideally laid out for a family with two teenagers (who need their own space) and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. We are so happy to have found Oak Street and will definitely return. Suzanne was pleasant and easy to correspond with. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location and great place
We loved this property! This condo was wonderful for our family and we lived that there was plenty of chairs and beach equipment and toys for the children. Perfect location and an easy walk to the beach and the King and Prince Resort.
Only disappointment we had was that the bicycles weren’t usable.

Relaxing Week at St. Simons.
We enjoyed our stay here. Owners were quick to communicate and work out any needs. Loved the location to walk everywhere. Tons of beach supplies and the cute coffee shop on the way to the beach was an added bonus!

We loved our stay! First time on the island and can’t wait to go back!! Town house was super close to beach and a short bike ride to the pier and cute shops and restaurants! House was equipped with 3 bikes (although one the brakes did not work), but there is a bike rental place less than a block away that we rented from., so it was not a problem. We loved the beach toys and all the chairs that came with the rental! We will definitely be back and stay on this property again !!

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals when we didn't want to go out. The beach is very close, just a very quick walk. There was also plenty of beach equipment: lots of chairs, tent, carts, boogie boards and some sand toys. Several restaurants are within walking distance as well. I would definitely recommend this location.

This place surpasses our expectations. Checking in was super easy. Owner was available for questions and answered them quickly. This place is perfect for a family. Plenty of room. We had two guest there for a few days and they had the lower level to themselves which was great. There’s alot of steps but we considered that exercise. Location was excellent. Close to beach and close to several really good restaurants. Also close to Pier for more restaurants and some great shopping. We stayed for several weeks and found the kitchen to have everything we needed for cooking. We loved this place and will be back next year!

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved that the owners provided beach equipment and bikes!
