Location was good. Ideal apartment layout for couple.
Cold tap in kitchen needs attention. Clocks in lounge and bedroom have excessively loud ticks. Hid them both in kitchen drawer for duration of stay.

Brilliant location and a sea view from the front windows.
The appartment had everything you needed.
We would book it again.
The crockery & cutlery could have been cleaner I washed what we needed before using.
To enter the property the pathway was very muddy & uneven. In the evenings it was dark so a good job I had a torch.

Very clean comfortable apartment perfectly situated in lovely Hunstanton. Katy, the owner, was so friendly and helpful to us.
Everything you needed was available in the apartment and we felt so at home in the property. Very glad of the parking space in such a busy place. Situated with a view of the sea and surrounded by beautiful beaches a excellent coastal walks made our stay perfect. Such a variety of shops to cover all you need within walking distance.
A new tin opener would be of help. Couldn't quite get this one to work properly.

Because of the hot weather and the sun facing directly to the flat, the property was absolutely hot inside so you couldn’t stay indoors during day time unless if an air conditioner is installed.

Unfortunately the toilet was broken throughout our stay and the flat smelt of cigarettes - the owner did rectify these issue la but we only had a few days left of our week stay

Flat was great. You can see out to the beach. Not many restaurants around, but good for the weekend. You have Sainsbury to buy food and the flat has a fully equipped kitchen. We loved everything about the flat except the bed. For us it was too soft and folding in to the middle. Pillows was also too soft. But these are our preferences. We parked at the back and that was prefect.
Would definitely book again.

Position and car parking space. Shower was great. Very clean. The flat had all we needed for the stay.
It was a very hot day when we arrived and the heating was on.

Location and layout
The back entrance on a muddy dirt track is hell in bad weather and the steep stairs to climb, not fir elderly, injured or disabled. Get the front entrance open!
