A decent hotel. I was here to attend a concert, and the hotel's location is perfect (5 minute walk to the HEB centre). The hotel's facilities could seem a little old, but they serve their purpose well. Hotel's staff was very welcoming and friendly.

There was a waitress/bartender there she was amazing . I could tell they were short staffed . She worked very hard to get our order out and make me and my family feel comfortable and welcomed . I wish I knew her name she was very kind :) she deserves a raise for sure !
The TVS were very hard to work . I feel it should be a simpler way to watch the free cable that was promised at purchase .

Probably clarify this is a pet friendly hotel. I am not super fan of sleeping in beds where dogs or cats may be slept. Not sure either if they have some section exclusive for this.

There is an outdoor concert venue, The Hautespot, across the street and the music invaded the room until 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

The General Manager Kevin is outstanding! He goes above & beyond & outdoes himself to make your stay & you happy no matter what! We stayed 4 days, extended it & changed rooms without having to wait! He is wonderful!

I like the location and the new staff at front desk is a lot more friendlier. I stay there for work monthly and they finally recognize me as a returning customer. Kitchen staff in the morning are always helpful to me. Location is great for my needs.
The breakfast is really good, but the last few months the eggs are VERY runny.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband left his medicine in the fridge after we checked out and we went back to get it and they had it marked in housekeeping for us. We were grateful.

The staff was never in the lobby. We saw a lady pee on the hotel ground right next to our room. We saw the lady’s husband steal snacks from behind the counter because no one was at the desk. Nobody was there to help us get to our room and clean up the mess.

The bed linens were dirty. They had stains and we had to ask for replacements. The replacement sheets were not the right size to fit the bed. The sleeping experience was not pleasant.

Breakfast was very decent. Wide selection. It was actually out early which worked for my timing needs.
Lots of seating areas in the lobby was also quite nice and useful.
Music from the venue across the street was annoying. I’m not sure what the hotel can do but they should have mentioned it to me before hand.

Generally, I would stay there again. I thought a bit expensive for the style of hotel. However I have not compared other hotels and everything is just more expensive these days.
Toilet seat would not stay up when the Male in the crew wants to urinate standing. Door selfclose mechanism needs to be adjusted. It really is a bit dangerous.

It’s clean, pet-friendly, and in an excellent location for our needs.
The L-shaped seating was a little low for me. The breakfast wasn't great, and the staff had a hard time keeping the items stocked.

Staff and Building facilities are great. Location is Good. Parking is great.
However, the door on room 423 is falling off the hinges. The Kitchen cannot make eggs ... I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Leander, however I was disappointed for THREE NIGHTS STAY, no Kitchen stove, no eggs.
