The house was large enough to accommodate a 3 generation family gathering of 8. The loft and deck gave us lots of space to spread out. Will definitely return.

This is such a comfortable, well-designed and well-appointed property! With a main floor for gathering to share meals, visit and play games and two other floors that allow for spreading out a bit, this was the perfect location for us and our grown children to spend time at GRB. The location/distance from the beach is ideal and Sharon and Mic are wonderful hosts and neighbors. Sharon's responsiveness and efficiency is wonderful. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay better.

Appreciated all the extras- paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap etc. all we had to do was bring ourselves!!!

We had a great stay at Goose Rocks Beach. The house had everything we could possibly need. Sharon was great at communicating and making sure to let us know to reach out if we had any questions. It was a plus having beach chairs and beach games available. Our favorite restaurant while visiting was The Lost Fire. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for Allowing us to stay in your rental home.

As children my siblings and I had many wonderful vacations on Goose Rocks Beach. 47 years after our last family trip to GRB we decided to rekindle our memories. Thanks to Sharon and Mic our trip couldn't have been better. Their home is perfect- spotless, comfortable, and equipped everything we needed. The location is great, on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the beach. Sharon and Mic are wonderful hosts, full of knowledge of the area past and present. Our vacation was so great we're already planning our trip back!! Don't hesitate with this house.

We lucked out due to a cancellation (prime week in August) and could not have been happier with the home and location. We visit KBPT often but this was first time renting walking distance to GRB. It was a perfect family get away for our family of four. House is well stocked and we didn’t search or want for anything while there. Hosts are excellent and easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to return!

The outdoor shower, plethora of beach toys/equipment and cozy layout of the home all made for an easy and very enjoyable vacation with the kids. Would absolutely come back. I will add my voice to the many who have raved about Sharon and Mic's property. The house was immaculate when we arrived and very well stocked. (We took full advantage of the lobster pot after our almost daily visits to Wolff Farm and Lobster Hut near the house.) The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach perfect for watching the sunset and moonrise. If you go in the evenings, you will find many people walking their sweet dogs, and everyone is just so friendly. It's also just minutes from excellent restaurants and galleries in Kennebunkport (be sure to check out Alysson's for their clam chowder and lobster pizza) and just half an hour from the more touristy Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. But what really sets this property apart are the owners. Sharon could not have been more helpful with an issue we initially had with VRBO, and both she and Mic made us feel like part of the family from the get-go. They were also extremely helpful when it came to recommendations for excursions and local attractions. We travel a fair deal and have stayed in many well-appointed places, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property. If you find yourself in the Kennebunkport area, you will not regret renting this house. Thank you, Sharon and Mic, for a lovely two weeks in Maine! We hope that our paths cross again soon.

This house was great for 2 families with 4 kids. It's a short walk to the beach, where you can take all of the provided beach toys and chairs. The only issue we had was an unlucky few days of rain, but we were able to make the best of it.

We gathered to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation in our favorite place. We could not have been more comfortable with six of us. Home is very clean, furnished nicely and well equipped. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Goose Rocks Beach. Sharon's house is immaculate and well-appointed. We cooked and enjoyed several meals "at home" and loved being so close to the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, and yet only a short drive to Kennebunkport and other attractions tons. Sharon is a wonderful host and was easily available for any questions and local knowledge. We definitely look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful few days at the end of September in Goose Rocks Beach. The house was sparking clean and so close to the beach. Everything was incredibly organized in the home. We would love to come back for another stay! Sharon made us feel right at home.

My family absolutely loves Gooserocks beach and especially loved this house! It was incredibly clean and came stocked with anything you would ever need, including beach toys, chairs, coolers, games....you name it. It also came with a beach caddy, making the easy 3-minute walk to the beach even easier. When we were not at the beach, we were hanging out on the amazing deck or lounging in the spacious loft. The owners were extremely friendly and attentive, answering any questions we might have had. You could tell they take great pride in their rental property, based on its condition. The selfish part of me did not want to write this review, in hopes that it would be available the next time we want to rent. However, the truth is this house is worth every penny, and I would recommend vacationing here a thousand times over!

We all enjoyed the quiet location...yet easy access to shopping & great places to eat in Kennebunkport. Owners are next door, so questions or needs were quickly handled.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time, the house was ideal for relaxing after a the stresses of the 9 months this far of 2019.. Everything we needed and more. Very clean and well equipped. Location was ideal. Close to everything and just far enough away. The beach was less than a block from the house and close enough to hear when sitting on the deck a night. Sharon was wonderful.

Very easy to come back and forth from the beach, by foot. Also, nice that it's close to the Tide's beach club. Well equipped kitchen. Nice looking property. Very well kept. Super helpful owner. We'd rent again.
