Les améliorations se poursuivent au fil des ans dans l'unité 7004 afin que tout reste au-dessus des normes dans ce condo. Cette unité dispose de couchages pour six personnes, il est livré avec deux salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et un balcon privé donnant sur notre belle plage côtière d'émeraude.
Meubles de balcon de style PVC dans l'unité 7004, plus des chaises supplémentaires pour que chacun puisse avoir une place. C'est un luxe que tous les condos n'ont pas, c'est un gros avantage de louer ce deux chambres au dernier étage. Les lits jumeaux dans la chambre sont idéaux pour les enfants. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time other than not being able to use the sofa bed (frame broken and padding was extra thin). Would have given all 5 stars except for the sofa bed. Would definitely book again if sofa bed was usable.

The only negative things I have are the bed was very uncomfortable and headboard kept hitting the wall everytime you move in the bed which was annoying because I didn’t want neighbors to complain if we had any and the dishes were not clean at all, I pulled out a pan that had crumbs in it and a bowl that was very greasy so I didn’t like I basically had to wash my dishes before I used them. We are having our wedding there next year in May and that’s why we chose to stay in one of the condos there, it is a little scary because I don’t want my family and friends to experience those things as they are very picky but it’s a nice little resort.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the unit walls were nicely decorated, the furniture was terrible! It was so saggy, we needed to help each other up! The dining room table was very sticky. It had been repainted & then coated with something! Also, this unit is not ADA compliant. As retirees, we found getting in & out of the tiny bathtub difficult. This is not a unit we would stay in again!

The pull out couch was not useable due to brown stains on the mattress, which is likely a spilled coke or something similar but looked bad so we did not use it to sleep 2 of us! The master bedroom had a dead roach between the fitted sheet & top sheet!!! The ceiling fan in the twin bed room has a terrible ticking noise but thankfully there was a box fan in the closet we used & turned off the ceiling fan.

We saw dolphins everyday from our balcony. It was the best way to start our mornings. We were already recommending to friends during our stay. Building and resort was very well kept up. Our condo had a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the condo was good overall except one of the twin beds had sheets pulled down yet and didn't look clean. Reviews we read were accurate on view and outdated furniture. Overall we would stay again.

From beginning to end, we were more than satisfied with this experience! Brooks and Shorey is an excellent management company, a special thanks to Elizabeth, Jessica and Crystal who kept us informed of anything we needed to know, they were so professional. Check in time was prompt, to the minute, as promised. When we arrived, the unit was immaculately cleaned, we were pleasantly surprised! The condo was supplied with clean towels, even brand new towels in the kitchen! The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. The view was spectacular! Amenities were great and complimentary beach chairs were a plus! The condo was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave! Our A/C went out, but Brooks and Shorey addressed it the same day smoothly and without interruption to us. The restaurants in this area are abundant and one is better than the last. Overall, a great experience!! We hope to return! Thank you for a great 2 weeks!

The listing was just as described! The beach view was tremendous, and the beach access was perfect. The beach service was great, and the pool was clean. Our only small hang up was that the pool was advertised as heated and it was very cold. Overall, we would gladly stay here again!

Sagging furniture in the living room was not very comfortable. The toilet in the master is loose and one outlet in the wall is VERY loose. The closets are off track in the master as well. It’s time for a paint job.We have stayed at B and S Rentals every year since 2003. This rental was not up to your standards.

The high table and chairs allowed the shorter ones with us to see over the balcony railing rather than through it. The staff at Brooks and Shorey were very responsive to an appliance issue we had. One elevator was out during our stay but that caused very little inconvenience as there was another working elevator (helpful when you're on the 7th floor).

Nice condo. There were some issues that we encountered and notified people during our stay. It wasn't issues that needed to be resolved during our stay, but they still offered to fix them while we were there. Great view of the beach. We really enjoyed going out in the morning and not having to take a beach chair or umbrella since it's provided. Days when the water was calmer and since we went in Sept it felt like bath water! Good location. Not right in the middle of things, but close enough to get to what you want.

It was unfortunate and would’ve been very helpful to have known prior to arrival that the main board walk to the beach was going to be under repair and not usable for our entire stay. After some maintenance workers waterlogged some of the elevator controls, there were elevator issues for most of our stay wear one or both or not working at different times. The staff was incredibly friendly and landscaping was on point. And as usual, anytime I needed to speak with Brooks and Shorey the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful.

This Condo was perfect for my spouse and I. We planned 5 days, 4 nights for our anniversary. Location was not crowded and easy 15min drive to destin if you chose to adventure there. The beach access couldn't have been any closer and having beach chair and umbrella available was extremely accommodating. The condo was outdated but I felt the decor was nicely up kept and the views couldn't have been better. Everything from the reservation to getting the check in information was very simple, no added stress

We had a great stay here. The condo was very nice and clean and the complex was quiet. Great location, right on the beach. The one thing that we didn’t realize from the photos is the wall on the East side is pretty significant and blocks some of the view in that direction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I along with our 6 and 9 year old children stayed here for a long weekend getaway on the beach. The location was perfect! We had a direct view of the beach which was a wonderful way to start and end our day. The accommodations we perfect for our family of 4. We had an unexpected problem when one of the tube drains became clogged. One call to the after hours line and someone came first thing in the morning to fix the problem. The only suggestion that I would have is replacement of the throw pillows on the couch which were very dirty. However, the rest of the stay was great.
