I would like to apologize for the lack of response to messages for a few days before our arrival, my German mobile SIM card does not seem to be very flexible in France; The owner was very responsible, tried to contact us before our arrival, so that she could meet us immediately when we arrived. I must say my first feeling upon entering the apartment was"damn, I only booked for two nights", I loved all the decor in it, the owner's taste and love for the apartment could be felt everywhere; We immediately changed our original plan for the next day after we sat on the couch and watched TV for a while. We wanted to spend more time with the apartment and Vence.

The home was maybe a 2-minute walk max to the walled-in city of St Paul de Vence and the view was amazing. Aude met us to check us in and out and she was so lovely by giving us a tour of the home, recommendations and even providing some food and drink for our stay. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect location just outside the Village and a lovely quiet space despite being so close to the road. Great value, spotlessly clean, great location.
There was some confusion with the owner over when we could check in, but this didn't matter when we met the lovely Aude on check-in who apologised for any miscommunication and was incredibly helpful with parking and beach tips.

This has to be the cutest cottage in St Paul de Vence. My wife and I will definitely be back . Aude , who looks after the property on behalf of Gerda ..... well she is an absolute lady and made us feel so welcome . If you are a couple .... and planning on a stay in the beautiful St Paul de Vence ..... dont hestitate . Book Orangerie cottage . And a great dinner choice is at La Colome d Or ...

The location was excellent, a short walk to the town gate of St. Paul de Vence, and with a great view of the town ramparts and the valley below. It is a very cosy cottage, with all that a traveller needs. Even though it is on the main road, the thick walls ensures that one is not bothered by traffic noice. The host stocked the fridge with milk, cheese, butter and water, and also provided coffee pods, tea and bread, enough for a light breakfast, which I really appreciated. Even though I only arrived at 1900, Aude was waiting outside the property with my keys. She also provided me with a card to use the underground parking garage, a few minutes walk from the cottage. A stress free experience!

Beautiful property very charming and well maintained. Great location to be, very close to the old town, restaurants and parking. This property has great views and very centrally located to explore the French Rivera. The host Gerda, went out of her way to help us getting car parking, restaurant bookings, locating a pharmacy for us to get our RAT test before leaving for Italy etc. Her recommendations were very good and she was patient with all our questions. Excellent communication and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay and we will not hesitate to book again.
