The hosts are friendly, helpful and supportive. The bathroom is clean and the location is walkable from the bus stop, (about 20 minutes). I got lost, but I called the host, and he picked me up on his motor bike! A cute and cuddly cat lives in the house as well. A good one night stay in Nuwara Eliya when arriving late or leaving early.

The living room and bedroom is musty. I believe the hosts clean the best they can, but because it rains a lot here, if your home doesn’t have good circulation mold comes quickly.

the weather was not great but the house was cold and damp and the owner wanted extra money for a heater. towels would not dry and they were reluctant to provide new ones. the breakfast was poor

The host is a lovely lady, who brought us tea upon arrival. The room was clean with a thick blanket and towels. Shared bathroom was also very clean with everything needed: hot water, soap, toilet paper and toilet seat sanitizer. A great place for little money!

Homestay with family. Thanuja was a delightful host had few good laughs with her. Relaxing and comfortable watching tv. The food was delicious could have stayed longer

The host is very kind. I was tired from moving, but they welcomed me kindly. The amount of morning and dinner is a lot in Sri Lankan style. I was happy to eat a lot of food. that's a very good treat. I want to see the owner again.

Amazing place & very helpful

The real homestay experience, it was lovely. The family we stayed with are so nice and we and wanted us to have the most comfortable stay. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious! Highly recommend this homestay!

Excellent guesthouse, very clean, comfortable, comfortable bed, wi-fi works well. The owners are very friendly. The location is good, just 10 minutes walk from the post office and Victoria Park. I recommend this place!

Amazing friendly and kind hospitality by Thanuja, Janaka and their son. Very tasty home made food ever...we had a great time and will come back for sure !!

Good location, everything in Nuwara Eliya can be reached by foot! The hostess is an amazing cook and helps you with a lot of Tipps what to see and how to get there :)

Such a nice family with the most cozy little house. They helped us plan our day and with the transport to the train station the day after. The food was the best we have had the entire time in Sri Lanka and staying here was single-handedly nearly enough to make a stop in Nuwara Eliya. Such a good experience!

The weather is a bit dull, but can’t blame the host family for that :)
