ホテルが綺麗で、接客対応が良かったです。あと、トイレとお風呂が別なところが良かったです。

もう少し近くにコンビニがあったら良かったです。

es muy buen ubicación y a 800 metros de la líena de metro Yamanote. El personal amable y cortés. El baño de la pieza tiene tina por lo cual es perfecto después de largas caminatas.

Que la pieza no tuviera vista (daba a un edificio) El precio del desayuno era un poco elevado para lo que daban la pieza es un poco pequeña

Très bon accueil, parle anglais, grande chambre, super salle de bain japonaise, des rangements disponibles, lit très confortable, et bon emplacement (10 minutes de la station Yamanote)

Le seul point faible est la vue, le quartier étant en construction en ce moment vous ne verrez que des travaux.

The hotel was clean, the bed is comfortable with good quality bedding, and there is a nice soaking tub.

This hotel is a little far from Shinagawa station and does not have the amenities or nearby restaurants that you can find in hotels like the Prince that are closer to the station. The staff were perfectly polite but seemed almost pleased to say "no" to any request. The breakfast is so-so compared to other Japanese breakfast buffets we've had.

Our second stay at this property. We requested the same rooms as we had during our first stay and the staff communicated well with us to accommodate the request. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location near Shinagawa Station. We enjoyed this second stay as much as the first.

Warm welcome from staff during check-in. Evening snack bar was nice. We had two rooms. One with twin beds and one with a queen bed. Small rooms but very functional. Light switches and chargers by beds. Bathroom was big for a Tokyo hotel. Didn't feel cramped at all. Bathtub was great. Very clean. Less than 10min walk, all flat, from Shinagawa Station. Convenience stores around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. We really liked staying at this hotel. Maybe the only thing to note is that there's not much to do in the area. You should definitely plan on transport to get to an area for activities or sightseeing.

Nous avons l'habitude de préférer les lits "durs" mais ce lit plus moelleux que d'habitude était d'un confort sans nom. Aucun bruit, ni de l'extérieur ni du couloir ou voisinage. Les simple rideaux occultants étaient étonnement efficace. Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable. Le lieu est esthétiquement joli.

Le quartier n'est pas extraordinaire mais pour une question de praticité ça va très bien :)

Clean property with lots of room. I even had to extend a day and although apparently booked out via booking.com I was able to have the manager extend a day. I never went for breakfast, but the price of lunch is worthwhile. Further, as I am in Japan for a cruise that starts 1 Dec, they allowed me to store a large bag there as I have booked my final night in this hotel. Now just travelling with what I need for 2 weeks, that’s made life so much easier. I really appreciate how the hotel has accommodated me. ps, the laundry is also awesome!

It was a great location and also the room was very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated that they allowed me to do a check in and get a room early. I arrived Tokyo in the morning and was very tired, so wanted to take a rest as soon as possible. The staff at the reception kindly prepared a room for me early. It was a great customer service!

Amazing hotel, located around 7 min walking from Shinagawa station. 30 minutes needed to get there from Haneda airport. It was spotless clean, with towels changed daily (if needed). Very nice staff, check in/out fast and efficient. I would definetly stay there one more time.

品川駅から少し歩くが、ロケーションが羽田空港へ行くのに便利。 部屋も大きなスーツケース2つどうにかおけました。バスルームとトイレがセパレートで寝室との間にドアもついているので、パートナーが寝ていても音は防げる。

バスルームの明かりがベッドのすぐ横にガラス窓になっているので灯りがもれてしまう。 朝食が美味しくない。セレクションは少なく、ご飯も灰色っぽかった。特にパンは変なペーストリィみたいなものしかなく、フルーツも少なく、外国人の主人には今回の日本滞在で一番不評だった。

Location is convenient from both of the airports, relatively spacious and better room equipments or furnishing comparing many business type of hotels in Japan.

Walk through the way from JR new station is still under construction and feel a little insecure.

Great location and great stay! - close to the subway, room was spacious and tidy, lovely staff, coin laundry available, very close to the Shinagawa Train Station as well

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and everything is working properly. Love it that the bathtub and shower area is separated from the toilet (a lot of Japanese hotels don’t have this). Evening lounge access was also good. The room is relatively spacious.

Walking distance from Shinagawa Station during summer. Refreshment time range could be longer.

The Bathroom was new and spacious. It was much larger than most Japanese shower bathrooms.

They required room inspections every 2 days. If you do not use the daily maid service they require you to schedule a room inspection with the staff. Given the fact that the largest rooms are about the size of a king-sized bed, the inspections are quick. The website room photos images may appear larger than the actual room size. :)

Very well maintained, hence very clean. Reasonable walking distance to 3 different stations. It’s a big chain hotel, so staffs are well trained, efficient & professionals but not that friendly 😄 They have written information that they apologize for not being able to book taxis for guests. However when we were checking out, it was pouring since the day before. We asked the receptionist to help calling us a taxi. Again they said they couldn’t promise in getting one, but they would try calling a taxi company. We got one & arrived at the airport dry 😄 Thank you for the extra help, appreciate it.

Very much aware of the size of the room during booking, still we wish they had a slightly bigger room so we can have our luggage lied down & easy to access.

The size of the room was better than i expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Very clean and staff were incredibly helpful. They even put together little welcome bags for my young boys on arrival. We paid extra for breakfast and it was the best we had in Japan + a large buffet to supplement it.

Rooms are VERY tiny - we were a family of 4 and only had two twins. We knew this on booking but we’re only there for 1 night so it was okay. There needs to be options of 2 larger double beds. Also - asked about recommendations for dinner and we’re told the address to a British pub - that isn’t what we come to Japan for!
