You can check in anytime and can call the customer service to ask for help. Very honest. I paid twice and they sent my money back in just two days. The location is good. Near Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof.

Location is near center, rooms are clean and confortable, the room at the winter have good temperature. Autocheck in is very easy and atractive.

At the Autocheckin software there is not Kosovo listed as country, I suggest the hotel staff to add Kosovo as country at their list too.

The location close to train station. Breakfast was fine (coffee from mug, boiled eggs, bread, milk etc)

-The ensuite bathroom was a joke: shower and washing basin behind the curtain (which is fine), but the toilet was accessible only from the corridor of the hotel; it was not locked in any way, only marked: exclusively for use by guests of room 25. All guests who came for breakfast (being on the other side of the corridor) would use it. -There was a musty smell in the room, had to sleep with window open despite noise from street and low temperature -It was generally clean, but I found hair in bed -I have asked for invoice and gave necessary data while booking, but it was ignored. Had to ask again while checking out; the service seemed like they prepare the invoice for the first time (they even said they just came to Germany)

It was close to downtown,a shopping mall like 5 minutes walk away,China garden also like a few minutes walking way so location was good

Bed was really uncomfortable,really loud at night but room was so warm need to keep the window open,payd 157€ for one night I think its to pricey,room and shower are really small....

Far to expensive for a very basic hotel

Geat locaton, room was not big, but there was all we need incluging the freige. Was very clean inside.

Absolutely horrible. Aged rooms full of dirty and smelly carpet everywhere. I nearly didnt fit in the bed. Shower is small. No air-conditioning. Not to mention that staff entered my room several times unannounced from 8am. I feel ripped off after paying 155 euros for 1 night.

The impersonal reception by a machine at the front door is awful. There was no hospitality, even the breakfast was self service. The hotel is just a cash earning machine to the owners.

The breakfast was great and location excellent, as we needed to be close to the train station the next day.

It was very hot in the room and very noisy (with the window open) as we were on a large main road. It was a little impersonal not having a reception area to welcome you and give you your key.
