School in front has a wake-up address over PA system every morning at 6.30 - impossible to sleep after this during the week.
The owner lives next door - not advertised but not a problem in our case, though might be an issue for some people.

The tv channels were limited. They should put cable or direct tv.

Everything. The owner was really nice and helped us with all our questions. We really had an enjoyable break. The center is walking distance as some very good restaurants. Enjoy
Nothing really.... Some people may find the traffic busy, but I am a light sleeper and slept fine

Everything about the flat was lovely - we loved the location and hot water. We were very pleased with 2 baths, and we also enjoyed the beautiful view over Trujillo.
