We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment lived up to all expectations. We also had the opportunity to borrow two bikes from the owner for free use to explore the city. Clean and more than enough space for us! Can recommend to stay in this place.

We have no complaints.

it is very close to the beach. but you should remember that apartment are on the ground floor, close to the building entrance, so you can hear everyone entering into the building. anyway place is nice and really close to the sea.

The host was nice and bedroom with beds was nice and there was enough space. Station and beach were quite near.

Air condition was not operating well, noisy small machine and not efficient. We had to keep windows open in the night as it was hot so and we had bites of insects everywhere. We had to wash coffee mugs as they were dirty. Shower room was nicely renovated. However, floor and walls need brushing and cleaning.

Beautiful place - nicely decorated, very clean. Kitchen with all the necessary tools (but no salt ...) Location : it is less than 50m to the beach and boardwalk, close to Nice Best price/quality by large

Check-in was only until 19h30 (Booking listed 20h30) Portable aircon wasn't able to cool the place (especially since you need to open the window for the tube), Noise with the windows open ...

Very kind and supporting host lady. The appartmant was in an appartmant house in ground floor, located realy closed to see. The appartmant was very good furnitered. For four people was excelent for shorter stay. Parking lot was not included, but we had no problem to park in nearer parking house.

Only issue was, that air condition unit had no output outside of flat and pipeline had to be put in the window.
