Beautiful Pool Home in Park Shore Just 1/2 Mile from the Beach
Magnifique maison avec piscine et jacuzzi comprenant 3 belles chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bain. Marchez jusqu'à la plage, le village vénitien et les boutiques au bord de l'eau. Savourez un café le matin sur la véranda entièrement fermée ou sur le paisible patio latéral avec vue sur le lac. Inclus avec cette maison est l'accès au parc privé Park Shore Beach, y compris le stationnement et l'utilisation des bains publics.
La maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine gastronomique et est superbement aménagée. La véranda comprend une piscine, un gril intégré et sa position ouest offre un endroit magnifique pour voir la lune. En plus de la climatisation, toutes les chambres disposent de ventilateurs de plafond. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, un dressing et une salle de bain complète. Chacune des deux chambres ont des lits queen et des systèmes de placards conçus sur mesure. Une deuxième salle de bain de luxe complète offre une baignoire / douche et des étagères sur mesure.

We have a lovely week staying at Als. The house is perfect and well thought through, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The location is perfect and we hardly needed to use our car at all.
Al is a wonderful and generous host and provided us with everything we needed. He knows the area well and gave us lots of tips for places to eat and things to do.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Al was a gracious host who went way above and beyond the call of duty. From the wine, chocolates and fresh cut flowers he left to welcome us to the restaurant recommendations and directions to local grocery stores etc. he consistently exceeded our expectations. We were travelling with my elderly parents and Al went out of his way to allow us early check in so that my mom and dad could rest after a tiring day of travel. Al, provides beach chairs, and umbrellas, bikes and helmets, use of his kayak etc. He said to us many times "I want you to enjoy my home as though it was your own". And he means it. I cannot say enough good things about this lovely property and this thoughtful host. We will be back.

Ideal Luxury and Perfect Location
The house is immaculate, great layout and quality throughout. Everything was perfect, from the crisp sheets, fresh flowers, pool towels, beach towels, coolers, bikes and location. The owner thinks of everything and has done a phenomenal job of staging the house and making it feel like your dream home. Al had supplied us with a variety of beverages to get us started, and even that was over and above what we had expected. You would have thought you were staying at the Ritz.
Pool is perfect and the hot tub perfectly situated. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning out on the lanai. The location is ideal. The beach is only a 5 -10 minute walk to enjoy the sunset, and the included pass to the Park Shore Beach Club allows you to drive, park and take your chairs to another perfect beach.
We look forward to staying in this house again in the near future. Again, everything exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful home!
We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving and just loved it! This is a beautiful home and the owner was very nice to work with. We love the location and plan on renting this home again.
