Gut: Lage im Wohnviertel, Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Seatte (Skyline) über das Wasser (für alle Bewohner zugänglich). Der Whirlpool draußen (für alle Bewohner zugänglich, nicht nur exklusiv für dieses Apartment!) war 24 Stunden geheizt und super gemütlich (Ablagen für Handtücher, Bademantel etc. war leider alles sandig). Das Bett war sehr bequem (wenn auch nur Queensize, also 1,40m). Blick vom Appartment nach vorne raus, also auch auf Seattle, großes Fenster. Privater, sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Nicht gut: Recht kleiner Raum für 2 Personen, Platz für 2 große Koffer war schwierig. Eine Tür des Wandschrankes fehlte (wurde bereits in einer anderen Bewertung im Januar angemerkt), war dadurch ungemütlich, Fenster über Küchenzeile und im Bad ging schlecht zu schließen, Türgriff an der Eingangstür war lose. Whirlpool draußen: Ablagen für Handtücher, Bademantel etc. war leider alles sandig. Auch oben die Möbel auf der Dachterasse waren sandig. Draußen Weg zum Whirlpool und Dachterasse war nicht sehr sauber. (Besitzer wohnt nebenan, ist aber nicht Ansprechpartner, da Verwalter beauftragt).

Plenty of equipment but only one teabag and no coffee available. There was a container for coffee but none there

There was only one roll of toilet paper in the unit. It was wet and discolored and we were not able to use most of it. No replacements available. When you arrive at night and stores are already closed, this is a huge problem.

Location, cosy, space, parking

Location to event we needed to attend.

1. No heat in either the Blue Angles room or the other room that was given as an option. Waited an hour for the heat to work. It never did. 2. Housekeeping for some reason turned off the refrigerator. When we opened it to put stuff in there it was flooded with water. 3. Missing half a closet door. The closet so was so full there wasn't any room for our clothes. 4. No dresser for putting clothes in.

Comfortable bed, clean sink, toilet, shower.

Floor needs better sweeping - dust in corners of bathroom and dirt is easily tracked in from the outside (I tracked in 2 clumps of hair when I walked in the door). Some things had fallen under the vanity and never swept up. The closet was more of a storage closet than useful - it had 2 extra chairs stored in it that were not needed as the room was small, and there was hanging shoe storage that wasn't need if the chairs were not there. Both took up room that could have been used to store clothes. A few more glasses would have been helpful. There was one wine glass, one very small glass, and two coffee cups. 2 water glasses would have been nice.

Convenient location, very comfy and cozy. Easy transaction and great communication with the host.

Lack of hot water in the shower, shower draining issues, unstable wifi for working "from home".

Cute guest house for a weekend in Seattle. Good price and well communicated by bus with the city. Calm neighborhood and well equipped. Since there is no reception I would just add a bit more info on how to use the lock of the door, microwave etc and some extra kitchen amenities (creamer, teas, etc) would be ideal
