Property was near a cute little area with loads of restaurants and small businesses

When I arrived and tried to ask about checking in early, there was no one at the front desk. I had to leave and come back later

Clean rooms. Spacious lobby that doubles as sitting area and dining space. Friendly and professional staff. Hotel is located next to a river. Hotel parking lot was free.

The hotel is not in a part of town where you could walk to somewhere.

Personnel was very good and worked to please.

Extend breakfast and coffee hours, provide more in room coffee, towels etc in lieu of maid on multiple nights stay. End of hotel near the traffic light was noisy, next time moved to other end and up and it was nicer.

The rooms are very big and clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly.

The food is not something that I liked but it’s a subject of taste.

Hotel room was modern, clean and comfortable! Proximity to downtown Troy was perfect

2 nights NO MAID SERVICE !!! HORRIBLE PILLOWS AND MATTRESS DIRTY ROOM COFFEE MAKER INCOMPLETE, NO CONTAINER ! PILES OF DIRTY LAUNDRY IN FRONT OF THE BEDROOMS DOORS, IN THE HALWAYS !!! WAITING TO BE COLLECTED !

A bit expensive for a chain hotel in Troy, NY. Troy has Rensselaer College and not much else we came to realize. Probably was a booming city back in the day with the factories in full operation. The moment we arrived and parked our vehicle on the property, we were briefly accosted by a man requesting $. Not an ideal welcome to the hotel.

The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. The staff was very cordial and helpful!

The breakfast was not particularly well organized.

Great stay. Clean comfortable room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Particularly of note is the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and as bartenders at night. Super nice and service oriented. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really noted. Only suggestion would be a little later closing for breakfast and at night.
