Perfect house to stay in for a family of 5. Clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed using the pool everyday.

Wonderful house - clean, laid out well/spacious, well-stocked and the pool was perfect! It was central to everything you may need during a vacation stay (grocery, restaurants/fast food and shopping) - and just a short drive away from several different beaches. My teenagers were very pleased with their accommodations - bedrooms and bathroom - and are already talking about wanting to come back next year. Hosts were extremely helpful, responsive and communicated very well. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at a property like this. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. So much space we weren’t on top of each other, the master suite was lovely. The home is in a great location to so many things around Venice.

The house was well maintained and the owner was quick to respond and address any issues, big or small. Not that we really had anything but we thought the AC was not working right but it just happened to be the amount of work the system was having to do because of how hot and humid it was the week we were there. Either way he responded, came out, and even had a company set to come out the next day but thankfully, we didnt need it. He also gave us some tips and recommendations on places to go to. The pool was a hit as well, great space!

Great house layout with plenty of room and all the amenities, nearby to shopping and beaches. The bicycles in the garage came with lock and with nearby access to the Intercoastal pathway, was a nice side venture. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging and dipping in the pool while listening to music or catching a show on the outdoor TV. The bathroom access from the pool / covered patio was great. Only thing missing was a propane BBQ that would have perfected the stay. But the kitchen had everything you needed to make big or small meals, and we appreciated the spacious fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Our nephews who visited enjoyed the pool and the large den area where we comfortably played video games on the big screen TV, and caught some of the soccer matches. So much space that could easily accommodate a large family.
Marc was very communicative and checked in via text frequently to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommended if you need a place to comfortably hang out in South Venice!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was comfy and spacious. Pool was a nice retreat. Kitchen nicely stocked. We received text during our stay if we had questions. This was very nice! Thank you! We loved Venice area!!

I enjoyed my stay in this house immensely! It was clean and big and the pool was perfect. The neighborhood is quaint and the neighbors were very nice. Marc accommodated me with early check in and allowed me to bring my dog which was the best thing ever! Everything was in working order and the beach supplies were plentiful! My only complaint and it’s not a big deal, I would’ve loved a gas grill 😎. Thank you so much Marc!! I will come back!

The house was immaculate and just as advertised. The pool was very clean and the perfect size for us. The screen pool enclosure made the experience ideal.
We will definitely stare here again if we return to Venice. We went to two beaches and multiple restaurants and our GPS never said more than 13 minutes travel time.

Marc was an amazing host! He was very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure we didn’t have questions/concerns. This home is spacious, well maintained and clean just as the pictures show. Pool area great for hanging out. Short drive to beaches and dog park. Also very close to bike paths and neighborhood is safe, quiet and very friendly! We are planning to stay again!

This house served our needs perfectly. We chose a good month to escape the TN winter. The grill needed some work and Marc went above and beyond to take care of it.
The heated pool was a great plus. All the accommodations were perfect. The main bathroom had benefited from a recent make over. We loved staying there and would love to come back.

The home is beautiful. The owners respond very quickly and are extremely nice. I will stay here again the next vacation down. Pictures do not do it justice. Master bath shower is amazing. Heated pool for those chilly mornings. Two living rooms with board games and TVs.

Very central to everything! Ten minute drive to Venice Public Beach and Caspersen. Found 200 shark teeth in two days! Local people are very friendly. The house has an awesome layout. We had everything we needed and more! We hope to stay again soon!

Just wanted to spend some quality time with family in a place with a pool, close to the beach, and the sites of Venice. Found the perfect spot here at Marc's poolside home. Lot's of room and a great place for spending time with loved ones. Don't hesitate to book this location as it has everything in the description and more. This was our first time visiting Venice, FL. This home was even better than pictured. They have a great pool area with an enclosed screen porch. There was so much space for the two of us.
This home is great for sharing with another family as there are two separate living spaces and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. There is a large kitchen and a garage too! They had everything one would need for your beach trip too. I would highly recommend this VRBO!
The beach and the dog beach are less than a 10 minute drive and has free parking and great restaurants.
Quiet neighborhood and great to walk with your pups. Close to restaurants, shops, and within an hour or less of so many prime beach areas.

This is such a lovely clean home and it was perfect for us and met all of our needs and more! Marc is a terrific and friendly host and is always quick to respond to any question or need. We loved the outdoor space by the pool so much and we spent so much time in this space. We love the privacy this home provides, no noisy neighbors or traffic which was so welcome as I did have some remote work time during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking too. The awesome tv’s, very comfy beds and furniture all made our stay so very enjoyable. So close to the beaches and great restaurants that we love when visiting the area. This was a great place for our Sister Getaway. We really enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was nicely decorated. It was nice to have two different sitting areas. The owner Marc was very accessible via text and quick with responses. Definitely would recommend this property!
