No hay closet en la habitación

el desayuno estuvo muy rico muchas opciones todo fresco varias opciones de frutas me gusto mucho buena ubicación

la verdad la limpieza de la habitación en general bien pero tuvimos un momento incomodo la toalla de manos del baño esta o mal lavado o no lo habían cambiado estaba sucia, esto es una critica constructiva con el animo de mejorar en esta área, por otro lado algunas áreas del hotel no estaban disponibles como la terraza cuando yo hice la reserva inclusive en la recepción me informaron que después de las 4 pm había servicio, horas mas tarde ya en el hotel nos informaron que por ser 24 de diciembre no lo había, yo pienso que un hotel de este nivel no debería sesgar sus servicios por fechas si no pensar en el huésped que paga por usar todos los servicios del hotel como debe ser y mas si al llegar le dan una información y luego la cambian. nosotros queríamos pasar un rato agradable en la terraza inclusive si no había servicio pero a las 8 30 el personal de seguridad de una manera poco amable informa que no podíamos estar ahí solo hasta las 9 pm acaso una zona común en un hotel donde uno paga por disfrutar sus espacios deben tener este tipo de restricciones, se entiende que en piscinas y demás hay horario pero es un espacio como ese no debe pasar

Comfortable beds.

Staff opened my door two times in a row for consecutive days. First after me and my couple were taking a bath, second at 7:30am when we were sleeping. Everyday you hear a truck in the morning at 7:00am loading water or whatsoever. Other day there was a construction below our floor and we couldn’t rest at all, to which the staff only answered “sorry its mandatory that we make it” and didn’t agreed to change the room. In general terms the experience was poor.

Very friendly and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome during my stay. The location is fantastic and is within walking distance to most attractions in Cali. The River Boulevard is very lively and safe at night, with lots of people walking around. The rooftop jacuzzi was a great way to escape the heat in Cali. Free coffee all day. Great value.

The on-site restaurant could add a few more menu options.

Good experience. The staff was more than amazing. The restaurant is awesome. The room was a little small but clean, organized and cozy.

Didn't get welcome cocktail. The rest was perfect.

The apartment location was great and the view from my room was amazing

The only problem about my room is that it was very dark and needs more lights. Plus the colours they use in the apartment need brighting up because the colours are a bit depressing
