Il nostro condominio è molto pulito e ben arredato. Situato in una gated community sulla splendida Emerald Pointe di Tablerock Lake.
Splendidamente decorato in tutto; cucina completamente attrezzata; lavastoviglie, frigorifero full size, top in vetro, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ampia sala da pranzo e bar per la colazione con sgabelli da bar. Il portico per sole per tutte le stagioni schermato / vetri è in moquette e ha mobili da giardino per godersi il tempo libero.
Offriamo un condominio deluxe con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Il nostro condominio ha tutti i comfort di casa. Le camere da letto hanno un comò e / o una cassapanca e una TV via cavo a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e tutte e 3 le camere da letto; alcuni con DVD. Tutte e tre le camere hanno un letto king size. Il bagno principale ha una vasca idromassaggio. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Il condominio ha una sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice, soggiorno e veranda / sala da sole per tutte le stagioni in vetro / schermato con mobili da giardino. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD.
Situato sulle rive del lago Table Rock su Emerald Pointe. Abbiamo una nuova piscina a partire da maggio 2018. Siamo a soli 50 iarde o meno dal lago Tablerock, ma ci sono alcuni alberi tra il condominio e il lago, quindi siamo di fronte al lago ma non con vista sul lago. La US Army Corp of Engineers ha una multa di $ 5000 per abbattere un albero. Abbiamo un porto turistico a servizio completo (Branson Bay Marina) con minimarket a solo 1/2 isolato a ovest. Un paradiso per la pesca, la nautica e gli sport acquatici. Nice but you have extra fees for cleaning which is not a part of VRBO total! Did not catch that at first. Could use an update on the older appliances but overall good!

This was a very nice place to stay during our trip to Branson. The kitchen was abundantly supplied, and the entire condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the lake view. Sandy was available by phone and was willing to talk not only about our needs in the condo but also about things to do in Branson. She genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you, Sandy!

This location and amenities were perfect for a getaway to enjoy all things of the lake with ease and all things Branson. Far enough away from the hustle of Branson yet close enough to enjoy dinner and shopping without traveling far. Very clean and stocked with all your needs to travel light.

Pleasant stay in Branson
The owners gave very specific instructions prior to check in, and we had a nice visit on the phone & discussed things to do. The owners gave a great suggestion to visit the fish hatchery. The condo was clean and had ample space. There are a couple of areas that could take the unit to the next level. The cable wires to the TVs should be cleaned up for a nicer look. The kitchen utensils were at the lowest level and need some love. Also, the front right burner would not regulate & it maxed out even at the lowest setting. My brother was very upset about the double cleaning fee, which should have been disclosed in the listing. None of these items took away from my pleasure. I had a great time and these are some suggestions to take the unit to the next level. Thanks so much.

Great location away from "the strip" and all the traffic, yet close enough to take in the shows and shop. We rented a boat for the day and found plenty of eateries to enjoy. Sandy was very easy to communicate with and eager to answer any questions we had.

Condo was nice, not as clean as I hoped as we found some trash from previous guest on the floor in a few spots but nothing terrible. The complex was ok, pool was dirty and green first might but was cleaned up and clear by the end of our stay, playground area needs a little upkeep. Disappointing that Branson Bay Marina does not rent boats even though thier website says they do. Would have been awesome to walk out the condo right onto the boat. Overall nuce place to stay.

Owner did not include all fees on the vrbo payment page. The cleaning fee which is typically included on the vrbo payment page was not included by this owner, but was disclosed in a contract which she sent to me after a non-refundable reservation payment had already been processed. Further, there was an envelope left on the counter in the kitchen of the condo with instructions to leave cash or a personal check for the cleaning fee amount. I have never encountered this in any other vrbo rental, and I have booked numerous times. The owner also encouraged me to book directly with her next time to avoid the service fee. I would question whether this falls within the Terms of Service agreement she has with vrbo. At any rate, I will certainly avoid any of her properties in the future.
When we arrived, none of the three toilets in the unit were working, there was mold in two of the toilet bowls, the towels were rags, and the sheets on the beds were very thin and worn. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The owner did come over and get the toilets at least working some, but they still need attention. She seemed surprised by the condition of the towels and did bring over a few new towels, but they were dollar store quality.
I was the family member who made the reservation (I’ve done this for years for both my family as well as for my husband’s family), so I’ve had lots of experience with bookings, and this was by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had. We were raised to treat people the way you want to be treated, and I feel like we were deceived by this owner. In order to appear competitive with her price, she did not disclose all fees on the payment page. I had sent a copy of the email payment page to my siblings, so they were expecting to pay their share of that amount. I had to inform them that the owner had added another fee after the fact which increased our overall lodging cost by 22%.

Location was great and having the boat slip was just what we wanted. Branson is about 15 min drive which I didn’t think was bad. Condo itself is a little outdated but other than that the stay was great! Sandy was nice and helpful.

Very noisy unit, like a cheap hotel. Housekeeping could definitely use some improvement. But I have had a good time. Just going home not well rested.
