Very good hotel with polite staff, clean washroom, good AC, lift. Must try as a near by hotel to Chennai Central railway station.

Entry thru a small lane, but in front of hotel, parking space is enough for a 4 wheeler.

I was a solo woman traveller and felt very safe. Even when I ordered food from outside the staff helped me with plate and cutlery without even me having to ask for it. The room was very clean and they even let me keep the bags in the reception after I checked out. Because I had a lot of baggage, the staff helped me get an auto for a fixed rate and helped load all the bags into the auto as well.

This is a truly wonderful hotel offering phenomenal customer service for such a low price. The hotel is conveniently located next to Central station. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean with extremely comfortable beds, hot water, good AC. The most special thing in this hotel is the wonderful staff, who go out of their way to welcome you and provide everything you need. It is remarkable that this hotel is so cheap when the service is so excellent.

If I could give this hotel 11 out of 10, I would!

It's a walkable distance from Central Station or Metro if you have light luggage. Rooms are clean, as are the bedsheets and pillows. Staff too is very helpful and polite. A definite value for money stay.

While they do have a recliner sofa seat, I wanted a chair so I could sit and work with my laptop. Sadly, they didn't have one at such a short notice. The surroundings aren't that great at all.

Even after having confirmation, I didn't get a room in this hotel .. they arranged for some alternate room in different hotel ..

Location is a bit inside the main road. Approach is quite dirty and narrow.

The staff was very attentive to customer satisfaction: they allowed me to change in one of their restrooms after my checkout and found me a tuktuk to go to the train station. The room is big and the bed comfy. It is clean even though there were some stains on the wall.

The room has no view. The window gives on a wall. But still great value for price
