We booked Daniella house 4 which was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 double beds however we were told on arrival it wasn't available and we were given house 1 which was not suitable for 2 couples as it had 2 lofts with no doors and one loft was above the kitchen and foyer in which my husband and I slept on a uncomfortable sofa bed. Also they left 3 coffee capsules for 4 of us and the ground coffee jar was almost empty. The lady that met us at the apartment was late even though we called and notified Daniella half and hour before arrival and also on arrival when we realised no one was there to greet us. She had no manners and was very abrupt, not even introducing herself to us. We are very easy going Aussies and we were quite taken aback by the staff members attitude. Very disappointing by the way we were treated and would never stay here again.

Lovely clean spacious apartment in an excellent location.

Apartment just lacks natural light and a balcony. Everything else was excellent.

The apartment is nice, cosy, and clean. Perfect location close to the train station and the city center, yet quiet. In the house we found a very comfortable bed and enjoyable shower box. Having two bathrooms made our stay even more comfortable

The kitchen could have been more equipped, though the bare necessary was available

Facilities were great. This was perfect for my family for the short stay we had.. The place was sparking clean and was in a great location. Only regret was not staying longer

Check-in was a little confusing and mattresses were well overdue for replacing.
